It was the first time I was there. Our waitress “Summer” was awesome. They were really busy on a Sunday morning, but our food was quick and good. Every single employee we interacted with was friendly and smiling.

I quit eating here in the past because the food and service were awful. What a change! Was seated quickly and waited on. Food was very good, I had Eggs, bacon and hash browns and the apple crisp for dessert. Cleaned up every bite. Waitress was friendly and polite, restaurant was clean and food was served promptly. Definitely on my list now!

The food was nasty and they only have 2servers and one left after we had been waiting for 20mins to be seated we sat ourselves and got our own menus. Spoke to the manager and corporate needs to do better (the stores can’t secced without the help they need!) been going here for years never saw this store in these conditions like this. The two workers they have on staff are overworked and overwhelmed the food was hot but burnt and just plain nasty. Definitely has been a big difference and it’s not for the better unfortunately it’s been a change with this restaurant across the board, corporate needs to step it up seriously this is why so many have had to close due to lack of resources and help along with poor management and lack thereof from the corporate scale. Do Better!

I am sorry, I hate to be the one but this food was disgusting. I appreciate the discount you guys gave me for being a truck driver, but not even a dog would eat this food, I think this wasn’t right. I asked for the Alaskan salmon, with broccoli and zucchini, I had been waiting for almost an hour for the food, and the food was already at the counter since a long time ago and nobody had the thoughts to call me for it. I had to ask them to warm it up. I opened up the container to find this! A piece of extremely dry fish that not even a dog or homeless person would eat. What a waste of money.

Wouldn’t recommend this Denny’s to anyone. My husband and I traveled from Ga to visit our grandbaby who just recently located with our only daughter to Youngstown a month ago. We took our granddaughter to breakfast and what what a disaster. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and 15 minutes my salad came out….after 30 more minutes (I’m finished eating) my five year old granddaughter receives her french toast and my poor husband still has no food! She finishes her french toast and after 20 more minutes passes we go to the checkout out only to deal with a rude host that explains they were short staffed. We didn’t go out for breakfast…turning into brunch to eat individually and then no apologies only excuses! I would give this Denny’s no stars if possible. Poor service, and what food was delivered I’d give a zero!

Yes, 5 stars for a Denny’s. This Denny’s is an oasis off the highway, and the best one I’ve been to in at least 30 or 40 years. The interior modeling is like the originals, only brand new looking. Spotless clean, exceptional personal service and teamwork. Phenomenal food. I can’t describe the experience, It’s like going back to a Denny’s in the 1960’s when they were in their prime. Completely different from any other Denny’s experience I’ve had in Ohio or PA.
