We have wanted to visit here for years, finally did and it was superb. Our waitress provided us with several recommendations and even told us a little background about the restaurant while we ordered. Our sushi tasted amazing, great flavors, and tasted so fresh. We had the krispy krunch, TNT, Fierce tigher, and zombie brain (krispy krunch was out fav). The mango mojito and sake on draft was delicious. We cannot wait to go back and try the sumo roll.

Top shelf ingredients and a ton of skill making tonight’s sushi and appetizers. First timers here I am absolutely impressed. We’ll definitely be back!

Hidden gem! I’ve been here before, but not since Covid and they’ve really honed in on their flavor and style. Very impressed. One of the best sushi places in the area by far! Definitely a place to check out if you’re a sushi fan!

Decided to try this gem of a spot about a month ago and again tonight with no regrets. The signature sushi rolls are absolute sushi perfection that will pleasantly surprise even the pickiest of palates. The grilled calamari was incredible and the staff is great. So happy to add this restaurant to one of the places I regular. For me, Kubo is at the top of places I will go for sushi and the best part is that there is so much more I look forward to trying on their extensive menu.

Every time I come to Kubo I’m blown away by the quality, presentation, creativity and knowledge that Chris has. Kubo is by far my favorite Sushi restaurant I have ever been to. The food is amazing, the staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is unbeatable. I absolutely love coming here!

What a gem. Sushi was excellent. Quailty could not be debated. Superb fish and artistry all wrapped in amazing rolls. Staff is very friendly, and restaurant had a great vibe with nice music. It was my daughter’s birthday and they came out with a free dessert that had a wonderful presentation and great taste to boot. We will be back.

The chef personally came to the table when I ordered chef’s choice and asked me preferences because I had mentioned I didn’t want unagi. I was worried the chef would be offended for asking since it is a chef’s choice sashimi plate. It was a delightful experience and delicious. The “sauces” he created for me added an amazing flavor profile on fish I would not normally eat, like mackerel. The only thing is I wish the pieces of fish were a little bigger.

Showed up 15 minutes early. We were told our table should be ready soon which we fully understood as we were early. We told the hostess that we will just grab a drink at the bar and wait. Her immediate response was that the bar is “full” (which it wasn’t) and she proceeded to tell us to go outside and walk around and come back. We took her recommendation and found the Latin Kitchen two doors down and had a wonderful dinner and experience. FYI, we had been here before and the food is great. The hostess up front needs a new career.

If you like a small and quiet place where you can hear yourself speak, a great atmosphere, enjoy good Japanese food this is the place for you. The food is fresh and prompt and the service is inviting and friendly. If you decide to try it out please make a reservation. Definitely try the bento box or the ramen noodles. If you try the maaki rolls try the Kaiju or the Godzilla.

I love their bento! Their food is full of flavor, not too salty, not too bland, just perfect! Price is reasonable for the amount of food that they serve. Servers are very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely eat here again.
