I stopped here after work to get a Chicken Chipotle melt. The cost is $2 w a side of sourcream for an extra $.79. I received an extremely small tortilla with barely any chicken. The guy making the food touched everything (the register, he went to the back, he grabbed the bag of cheese out of the refrigerator and then some scissors to open the bag of cheese) before making my burrito.

Taco Bell food is…well…Taco Bell food. We go there for the Pepsi because they carbonation is always perfect. We also got the chips and cheese which is always nice and hot. I’m giving 5 stars because we were pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was when they greeted us and as we left.

Why don’t yall just close down! For real! It’s taco bell but you will never walk out with a taco in tact! They are all broke always. The last 4 times I’ve been there the tacos are in peaces. It gets worse! When I asked to talk to the manager she was so hateful and literally told me I’m sorry what am I suppost to do about ? Lol. I told her I want my money back and she said ok come get it. I have a lot of family and friends in borger and I promise you none of us will be back . Yall it’s taco bell get a grip yall can’t even make tacos. And to the district manager yo umight want a new store manager bc she is rude and acted like it was my fault they messed up. I told the girl at the window please make sure my 4 tacos are not broke! All I can eat there is the Vegetarian power bowl and the night crew always tells me they can’t make those after 11pm which is ridiculous why have it on the menu when you can’t serve at a certain time there is no we’re on the menu that says that the morning crew during min through Friday is the only nice ones I will not come back at this Taco Bell anymore !
