Ordered a hot sub told them when ordering I wanted to add vegetables and dressing they told me it they would add what I wanted but after sub was cooked it was wrapped and given to me. I asked to add what I wanted but they didn’t want to unwrap the sandwich instead wanted to put it in a box for me to add. Guess firehouse will get all off our business now

The new portobello mushroom steak sub is absolutely amazing, cooked hot and fresh, and the best value on the menu. The staff was phenomenal, as a liaison for relating to subways experiences in the past vs their own protocol etc.

In general it’s the standard Jersey Mike’s. The normal fresh sliced meat and cheeses. The service is good. The restaurant is clean. The last time I went they had a ton of to go orders that they were doing in between counter orders. We never had a problem and it did not seem to slow there in store line down.

Online ordering is a nightmare. Manager lady is total uncaring witch. Doesn’t care that you can never get the online order to go through, told well come in and order. Well duh! Maybe I didn’t behave time. Couldn’t even get up from the table but come holler “ have a nice day “ as I walked out. Maybe your store will be next to go out of business, fingers crossed.

After I spent $60 plus on my order. I only got sandwiches, no drinks or chips. Only 1 sandwich was correct. I called and spoke to the manager. She said, I just got dressed to come in here and take care of all the togo orders. DoorDash is not responsible for missing food items or food made incorrectly. Yes I can get a refund from DoorDash but I’d rather just have my order made correctly. After I said that to the manager, she hung up on me.
