Ordered 8 2lb lobsters that were delivered at my home yesterday 12 noon. Dinner party was at 7pm and lobsters were still very much fresh and alive. Excellent lobster dinner thanks to the great staff at Cape Porpoise Lobster Company. As a business owner, their service was top notch, product was excellent and I highly recommend them for your next Lobster Dinner. Thank you to all!!

We live in Seattle and visit your area most every year in the fall. We love dinner at Nunans. We couldn’t make it this year so we bought live lobsters at a local fish market here in Seattle to try and recreate the experience. It wasn’t even close.I called Nunans and ask their advice. They recommended you for shipping live lobsters across country.. We ordered from them and Wow. We couldn’t have been more pleased.It was excellent.

If you are going to kick people out of seating they waited for… and not be consistent it is rude and unneeded. I am a local and been to your establishment many many times. The woman managing the porch was rude. Was not taking names to wait for tables. Post your policies. Be consistent with all your guests and take names to wait for seating. Ridiculous. And don’t say you do r have staff. There is a person right there. Collect names give them a number. Let them be seated and order. Basic common sense.

I ordered a ten pack of lobsters, overnight shipping. Everything looked good on arrive, however while cooking I failed to notice one of the lobsters had died. Upon cracking open the tail, the meat just disintegrated. Tried a piece of the mush, it was not edible. I emailed them asking if a refund for the one bad lobster would be possible, and I received no response after a week. They claim to stand behind there product, but not in this instance apparently. I give 2 stars because the other nine lobsters were fine.
