KFC has gone downhill drastically on their food quality. The servers there were super nice, even though one spoke illiterately (example: How you is?). Prompt service; clean but HOT atmosphere.

The lady who waited on us was VERY nice. I don’t remember her name she was a older Caucasian lady. It was Saturday at lunch. You need to give her a raise. Most people don’t care in retail and just take your order and that’s it. She explained stuff to us since we haven’t been in a year or so cuz of last experience. But we will be back cuz if HER❤️

One they got my order invorrect. Then there was a working sitting on the counter. The ones in the drive thru were on their cellphones. We have got to do better when hiring and setting standards. They get paid to work not be on their phones and sitting on the counter where people good is served.

Tuesday 7:00pm-I decided to stop by KFC on Morganton Road. The customer service was nonexistent because the drive through cashier barely said any words other than asking what did I have. I received my food only for me to get home and my order was entirely wrong. I ordered the 4pc Nashville hot tenders (I only received 3) with an extra pickles (They didn’t put any in there at all). I also asked to please not give me a biscuit, but there was also a biscuit. Now that I’m home, settled (exhausted from today); I tried calling up there but no one will answer the phone. Now I am stuck eating an incomplete meal with no way to correct it other thank driving all the way back across town to a restaurant that doesn’t even seem to care about their customers. I always go to this one because it was the best one here in Fayetteville but in my recent visits, it is just going completely downhill. That goes for the food and customer service.

The service wasn’t great, I ordered a pick up order for myself and I’m checking it at the counter to make sure it was correct (it was missing an item btw) and one of the workers is like is that your order or are you a delivery person? To which I replied its mine, otherwise I wouldn’t be putting my hands on it. She said well I’m not judging but ummm , to which I said Ummm I wouldn’t touch someone else’s food. And she just walked off to the line to where she starts talking to the other woman on the line and looking at me. After spending 65$ for chicken I’d expect not to get hassled for checking my order for accuracy. Especially since it was wrong.
