If I could give this place a ZERO, I would but I can’t… just like I couldn’t get the same portions as the customer in front of me. She got HUGE portions that she could barely close the lids and when it was my turn a different person took my order and gave me small portions. I told her that I wanted the SAME amount that the other customer received and was told that it would be EXTRA!!! They clearly didn’t charge the other customer extra as I was next to her and saw how much she paid. Not to mention their attitude towards me for bringing it up. Did they not think that I wasn’t going to say anything?? Be consistent with your portions and fair with ALL customers!! Clearly I wouldn’t be upset nor be here writing this review had I received the same portions.

Got a bowl with Beijing beef and white rice. There was barely ANY beef in it and it was almost completely dry. Workers are stingy with what they give. I come to this location pretty often and always have noticed they never put a good amount of meat in it. The workers also never say “have a good day” or anything like that. Hire better staff!

if you like pandas foods don’t go to this place it absolutely waste of your money. the angus beef was terrible and it tasted raw also the food smell was so bad we couldn’t eat more than half of it and had to throw it away. I don’t recommend going there at all

Always love the good options. Especially the Beijing beef is marvelous. Very friendly and attentive server. The fuss was delicious as always. The ambience is excellent. Clean and well maintained. I love panda.

Do NOT get the broccoli beef at this location. The broccoli is the main and the beef is just a garnish. Not even one piece of meat. Just all small pieces of meat you get in a pan at the end. Not sure how the workers think it’s okay to give this food to their customers and expect them to be happy.

This store is horrendous absolutely disgusting and filthy. The girl working Anna didn’t even say hello when I came in ordered my food the food looked old and dried out.but I went with it I asked for soy 5 she put them on my tray then picked them up to count them and took one back god forbid I get a extra one then there was no where that was clean too sit I mean no where I don’t get it they where dead not a sole in site no one was doing anything to clean up for new customers pics e enclosed they need to do something about this store

I came here with my daughter, and she absolutely loved the cheese rangoons and honey walnut shrimp. The experience was honestly fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place with a perfect rating of 10 out of 10. I would definitely return here in the future.

I ordered at 1:50 pm under my moms name Josephine for pickup online. If you come here and order drive thru make sure you check it before you leave. I paid extra for a bigger plate and this is how they gave me the broccoli and beef. There is only one tiny sliver of beef and the broccoli is so soft you can tell its beef sitting for a long time and its expired. No crunch at all. Same with the kung pao veggies, soft and overdone because it shouldve been thrown out. I called and they offered a replacement but im not going to go get it because i know it will be the same batch. Ive had a problem with food freshness here before so i think this was my sign to just not return. The lady on the phone didnt seem surprised but she was nice in offering a replacement. Im not going to take her up on it though. Why do i want another serving of soft gross veggies? She didnt offer to remake it, just to give me another serving. Not coming back, gross. Noticed the kung pao, mushroom chicken, and broccoli beef tend to look expired at this location. Probably people arent ordering it fast enough and it just sots there and they dont toss and remake it. You can tell bc its never the same each time you come, always some level of over soft and mushy due to sitting for too long in the hot hold. If you do come here order the popular items so your chance of eating expired food is reduced.

Not sure what happened here, but the teriyaki chicken was soggy wet and flavorless, the Beijing beef was soggy and soaked in sauce. The veggies were drenched in a terrible tasting garlic sauce. The noodles were nice though.. Not sure what happened with today’s meats and veggies.

Went here around 8pm on a Thursday, and the girl helping us was nice, but the older lady was glaring at us the entire time we were ordering. Food had definitely been sitting a while, but panda express is panda express and it hit the spot none the less
