The Mighty Nooch
Typically order to go. Food is almost always ready in 15-20 min. Wide variety to choose from and I have always enjoyed my meal. Prices are in the $10-12 range for an entree and side. Portions are great. Just the right amount. Service is outstanding. I work in retail and would hire anyone I’ve encountered here on the spot. Perfect place to order from when we don’t feel like cooking. I’ve only been inside once. It is a bit dated and nothing fancy inside, but an energetic and fun atmosphere makes up for that. 110% put that on the servers.

Food was pretty good. It’s actually a really good representation of Colorado / Iowa food, having lived in both places for a long time. Service wasn’t bad by any means, I think she was just a little new. Atmosphere in the main restaurant is really good, but this time they were pretty busy and we were sat in a sort of back room where the Atmosphere wasn’t nearly as good. One of our favorite restaurants in the area.

Never had anything to eat here that wasn’t good, but the service has been slow every time. This last time there were only 3 other tables with customers at them when we arrived, but it took 15 minutes for a waitress to come over for our drink order. Just don’t go if you’re in a hurry!

My first visit and as I am from Colorado, the pictures in the menu were nostalgic. Presentation was very good, no complaints. Just a little bit e too much overall noise for me. Food was delicious. I had the prime rib, well prepared, to my specifications, and beautifully presented. Service was responsive, as I needed, and she was both pleasant and efficient. Thank you for a very welcomed meal.

I order take out all the time! The drive up window makes it extremely convenient. Price is good for the food you get. Tastes great, cooked to order, and lots of burger and sandwich options, all of which making it one of the best food options in boone in my opinion. Update 2023: still great! The bartender always makes a great drink. Food is still exceptional. Always keeps my wife and I coming back for more!
