I ordered online on 4/6/2023. I had items missing from my order. I called the store on 4016 Oleander Dr, Wilmington, NC 28403. They refused to answer calls. Every time I would speak to someone, they would place me on hold and never come back to the phone. I paid for items I did not receive. The items I did receive was over cooked and burnt. Will not be back.

I normally don’t leave reviews, especially if I have nothing nice to say, but this time I feel compelled to share my experience. I decided to order from this pizza place and they left off a topping, which happens to be my favorite. Mistakes happen, so I didn’t make a big deal out of it. However, when I called back to address the issue, things took a turn for the worse.

I tried to order over the phone and had many problems! Then went inside and still had problems. The employee lakeem turned people away and told me more than five times that it was gonna be 35-45 minutes wait. I ordered my 2 pizzas and waited for 45 mins. Went to go pick it up and was told my order wasn’t in the oven yet. Asked for my money back, the employee said he didn’t know and walked away. Then the manager came out and he didn’t know either. He had to call someone else.

I always have a pleasant experience when I visit this location, but this time the employee was on her phone and a line even formed behind me with 4 other people and gave no regard to me before the other people came in. I guess the girl that usually runs the register went to the restroom because she was back to help the rest of the guests. This experience will not detour me from coming back. Came home to my apartment complex and saw this delivery driver for you store throw 7 receipts from the window of his car in our parking lot. I walked over to him and handed them back very nicely and he the drove off 5 feet and threw them out of the car again. It was all of his deliveries from that day. I called the store and after speaking to the manager I got a call from the GM. The GM’s excuse was he was having a bad day. Your manager sounded more like a GM then you did. I cleaned up the trash he left by the way.
