I walk up to inquire about my order. They asked what I was waiting for apologized and upgraded my medium fries. They gave me the wrong burger but I didn’t want to make a scene. I went through the drive thru and ordered the $7 meal with a double bacon cheeseburger, chicken fries, and french fries. The food was horrible and I will not be back. I will tell all my friends and coworkers not to go there. The chicken fries were old and hard as were the fries. I drove back and asked for fresh ones and was given ones from the same batch the previous ones were from. I worked at Burger King previously and would never serve people food like this. I am writing this review at 1:30 am because I can’t sleep, I’ve been getting sick.

Great service – kid working the register was a cute, young, tall Hispanic kid with piercings (I’m giving his description in hopes he gets the kudos he deserves, I’ve included a picture of my receipt if that helps) was very polite and didn’t act like it was some big hassle that I wanted to add a shake or order the burger without certain things like at a lot of other locations.

If there is one thing i would recommend BK do better is the “flame grilling” of the burger patties. I wanna taste a little heat/char. Not to mention this is supposed to be one of their selling points. But alas, BK is a far cry from what they used to be. Other than that, service was good and this location is very clean.
