I must admit, I am a total New Dragon fan. Great go-to buffet for simple, all you can eat Chinese [American] and sushi. Before going any further, please note: The crab is imitation (with the exception of dinner’s snow crab legs), cream cheese is on nearly every steam table and, the clencher, everyone’s favorite lunch chaser — Jell-O pudding.

Bad customer service. They will only bring out one tray of crab for every 2 hours. Once they brought out the carb, and they will be gone within 15 minutes. And they don’t bother to refill it due to budget cut. The whole place is dirty, slippy floor.

If I can give them a negative I would. Everything was cold. Wings tasted like the smell of a high school football locker room. I realized after my brother & I sat down and had our first plate other customers were coming in & did not have to pay before the meal. I watched 4 customers come in & be seated without having to pay first. A couple a few tables away from me had their check brought to them as they finished their meal. So I don’t understand why we had the treatment we experience. Poor customer service the food is TRASH! Never again! I’ll drink flint water before I ever eat there again! Fingers crossed y’all close for ever.

Reviewed this place before. But I did lunch this time ($9.95 total – which is a good deal compared to other Chinese buffets). I got there as it opened (11am). All the food was fresh and looked good. Choices are mostly Chinese (some sushi), some seafood and the mongolian BBQ grill is open. Their soups are very good (especially hot/sour). If you are hungry, this is a reasonably priced option. However, with dinners now $14.95 (you do get more seafood choices – sometimes crab), lunch is a better buy. Prices do not include soft drinks (which run about $3 each). Place is fairly clean (bathrooms not so much). Service is inconsistent (sometimes you get a good person, sometimes not). I gave 4-stars because of this.

They never refilled coffee, they say cost is $10.95 for lunch but charge $12.05. Limited English, so good luck if you have issue or want to understand bill. Food is ok. Large selection .

Its almost $20 per person for dinner buffet. The crab has NO seasoning. Alot of the food was not fresh and looked like it had been sitting for a while. Although asked they refused to bring out fresh orders of things. There was water leaking from the ceiling right next to my table and got on my purse. Bathrooms were disgusting. Im not impressed and will not return. There are better places for the same price or less.

I would recomend this buffet only for weekends. It is not bad food is good, price is good, most of the staff is very nice. why I give them a three star? from monday to friday a few things change. the quality of the food is lower, the food may be cold, the appearance may be disgusting and many times you will find empty trays of food.

This has got to be the dirtiest restauraunt I have ever gone to, the floor is sticky and also wet in some areas, the tables are always dirty and sticky, the chairs stick to my clothing, the grill is covered in grease that is build up from never properly cleaning the food is not good at all it is sometimes burnt, oily or does not have any taste whatsoever, I wonder how this place passes health inspection, I wouldnt be surprised if anyone ever gets food poisining. I do not recommend ever visiting this place.
