The food is good, but the service was slow and the waitress with face piercings is extremely rude. Thought it might have just been a bad day for her, so we went back and she continued with the same attitude. Definitely ruins the mood. The other location on E. Washington Ave has way better service. Recommend going there instead

I saw this place and gave it a shot. Friendly service e clean bathrooms. The Cubana torta was surprisingly good. Layers of goodness and Jamaica water just made it better. Very affordable.

The food is good, the only bad thing is the service. One of the waitress was being rude. My family and I ate at the restaurant and I asked for a Carnitas plate to go. Once we get the check I was expecting them to have the food to go ready, but instead this rude waitress says it’s going to take 15 minutes to wait for the food. She was calling my mom and I a lier, that we didn’t order the carnitas plate on time. Hopefully next time the service is better.

I’ve been going to this place for a couple years now with my dog who is a certified therapy dog. He is a Boston terrier, very well-trained and of course. Every time we go in to order take-out kids mob him and kiss him etc. he absolutely loves it, although we usually wait out front until our food is ready to pick up, unless we can’t get away from the children’s attention.
