Usually enjoy eating at this chain…but this wasn’t one of my better experiences. The “help wanted” sign should have been a clue. Service was just OK…slow compared to other (much busier) locations I’ve visited).

Very displeased with service and food today. They split our group to make our wait shorter but we still waited for about 35-40 minutes. Once we were finally seated, it took forever for someone to get our orders for our drinks & then for our drinks to come out- as well as someone to take our orders (food), refill drinks, bring rolls, and bring our actual meals. I understand longer waits are expected when you go out to eat, but even the atmosphere and cleanliness was not so great. Not to mention the quality of the food was displeasing as well..

Update: Today my husband and I had lunch here. We have not had the chance to back since the incident mentioned below. Lunch was terrific and our server was really superb. When we got our check I mentioned about the credit from the incident she credited us for a steak which was great. My family decided to stop here for dinner. Our server, Aaron, was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and very nice. We ordered the petals, Chipotle chicken, steaks, salads and burgers. Everything was good until my steak arrived. It was over cooked. However, the moment that I showed our server that my steak wasn’t right he offered another. I declined as my family needed to “get back on the road.” Natalie, the manager, came over, apologized, and offered another steak. I thanked her but declined as we needed to leave. She took the steak off of the check and gave us dessert. Everyone else liked their meals. We will eat here again and I’ll recommend it to others. It’s good for groups, families, couples and for dining alone.

Waitress was wonderful & very attentive. Got there around 445 on a Friday night, restaurant wasn’t busy, but getting food from the kitchen timely seemed to be an issue. Almost 50 minutes before our dinner arrived. Appetizers took around 20 minutes. Waitress kept checking on us & apologizing for the wait, but was very on top of any needs we had at our table.

It was pleasant and fun- Texas themed of course. Our food was very good although we all got med well done steaks, not med rare. They were still delicious. They gave my sister, a veteran, a discount which we appreciated. Great service. Clean big bathrooms.(no waiting ) Nice bar, although we didn’t drink, just dinner. Very reasonable prices.
