Kitchen was closed so we had a couple of beers then left to get some pizza. When we got back not 15 minutes later the guy at the door wouldn’t let us back in. Huh??? It’s not like they suddenly got busy there were just the same four people there as when we left. Not impressed at all. Bartender was great, door guy was not.

I was warned by at least 2 people not to go to this place because it is dangerous. Did it look like it had the potential to have a ruckus? Sure, but what my friends and i had was the best time than at any other place in Fredericksburg. They had karaoke, pool tables, bar food, and decent people. The bartender was entertaining, too. I dinged it on food and atmosphere only because, well, it is a bar.

Must be a locals only bar. Clientele clearly all knew each other and the bartenders. Despite it being completely dead (about 10 people total), had trouble getting a bartenders attention some times. The drinks were mixed well. And they tried to have entertainment. But nobody was up for karaoke. Points for trying. Just wasn’t a fun time at all. Also, lots of TVs, but couldn’t show the Astros game? Come on yall. If you’re going to act like a sports bar, gotta show the local teams.

Went here to watch football on a Saturday afternoon. The bartender found our game & got us drinks right away. We sat at the bar since that was the only TV he put it on. Normally I wouldn’t care but they allow smoking there and people sitting at the bar were smoking. If you don’t mind smoke, the service is great, the drinks are good, the patrons were friendly, & they have lots of TVs, seating, & games (pool, ping pong, etc). The kitchen opens at 7 (we left before that). They also have decent drink specials & they have Kareoke Fri & Sat night

This is an excellent bar and grill off the beaten path. This is my preferred place in town to watch a game. There are many pool tables, juke box, and a dance floor. Multiple rooms and outdoor seating allow you to spread out or enjoy some privacy with a group. The pizza is very tasty and is hand made. The staff is friendly and prompt. Don’t forget your id as everyone is carded.

Had a great time here! Buc’s was definitely one of our favorite Fredericksburg finds! Loved the DJ, drinks, food, and overall atmosphere. The staff was all super friendly. I had to deduct a star, because they advertised a taxi company called Lux, and they charged $40 just to travel a few blocks across town! Anyone needing transportation, I recommend this guy! He was stocked with cold water, Girl Scout cookies, contact solution, dental flossers…basically anything you may want or need! All complementary! Much better ride for a fraction of the price!
