Every couple of years, against my better judgement, I give Pizza Hut another chance. And nobody out pizzas the Hut when it comes to disappointment! This location was a mess literally and figuratively. None of the employees seemed to know what they were doing. There were stacks of pizza boxes taking up several tables and chairs. The salad bar was empty and unappealing. Tables hadn’t been bussed and cleaned. We dined in and the service was slow and chaotic. When we were finally able to order, it took 35-45 minutes to get our pizza. When the pizza arrived it looked good but it was barely warm! I guess that’s why it took so long, they figured it needed to sit there for twenty minutes to cool off? (I forgot to take a picture of the pizza because I was starving.) Anyway, pretty par for almost every other Pizza Hut experience I’ve had in the last 20 years. I don’t recommend this location or this franchise now that I think about it.

Growing up our family always loved pizzahut so it was nice to finally see this one open up in our area. I had enough toppings on my pizza but the cheese seemed to be missing. I didn’t want to eat just pizza crust with toppings, I wanted the cheese! Anyhow, I was disappointed and called to let them know but the lady on the phone was going to transfer me over to the manager and then the phone hung up. Not sure if I will give this place another try since we also have a papa John’s and domino around us. Really wanted to like this place as it was a childhood favorite.

First time ordering from this new Pizza Hut in our area; but extremely disappointed in the entire experience. Ordering the food on the app was fine; but after the order was placed, the delivery was late (according to the app); and come to find out part of my order was tampered with! For reference, this order was placed at 7:27 pm on a Wednesday evening (photo attached); over $100 was spent and a 20% tip was added (tip was added with the order, prior to delivery).

I wanted to write a review of our most recent experience (btw, we are glad to have our neighborhood Pizza Hut back!) because we’ve been very pleased with the service here at the new location. We’ve ordered 3 or 4 times since the new location has been up and running. Our most recent experience was a delight as there was a mix up in the delivery of our order and the pizza team here was friendly and accommodating to the situation. We will continue to choose THIS Pizza Hut for our pizza night of choice.

Excellent service and food. I’ve ordered from here in several occasions and never had an issue with service or the food. I’m always greeted by the manager and staff upon arrival. I always crack a laugh or two with the staff. Very friendly establishment. Keep it up!!Great customer goes a long way.

Ate in the restaurant yesterday, the good things: the people who work there are great, I like the layout of the interior, and everything came out hot and fresh… the bad: the pizza was just sad. We got the big box deal, the boneless wings and cheese sticks were fine, both pizzas could have used more toppings (sauce cheese and meat barely covered the center of the pizza, the whole thing was mostly bread) and the sausage pizza could have been cooked a bit longer. Pizza hut is one of the more expensive pizza places around, but cheaper places like little Caesars have better products.

Ordered 2 lg pizza with double order of cheese sticks. There was no marinara so I called to see I it could be resolved. The person who answered definitely didn’t seem to care and left me on hold for a really long time. Offered for me to pick up the sauces but I wasn’t able to. I get it’s fairly new but customer service needs work.

Ordered the NY pizza and honey BBQ wings online. Everything arrived precisely on time. The pizza was cold and old, the crust was very chewy and tough. The sauce was disgustingly sweet. There was plenty of pepperoni but they left off the mushrooms I ordered. The wings were hot, the bone-in ones were good and meaty but there was no sauce, it was apparently poured into the bottom of the container then the wings added on top. The boneless ones were mushy and disgusting. The honey BBQ sauce tasted different but ok, definitely not as good as the old KFC Honey BBQ wings. Overall, 1000 times better than the old Pizza Hut but I won’t be going back.

Gave this Pizza Hut multiple chances and man every chance gets blown away. Last straw was I waited 45 min just to find out my order was finished and was put on the rack. Had to go to register just to see if it was ready. Sad to see my favorite pizza brand failing like this.
