I try not to leave bad reviews. But this is a mcdonalds. And I expect a lot from this place – at least, I expect quick orders. That’s why it’s 3 stars. Very slow. Eventually they forgot our order. But, after 25 minutes of waiting, went inside and they gave a refund. Thank you… to the people who did that. I think this place can improve. They just need to be faster. Otherwise, good food, and nice workers.

This is a good McDonald’s. It has been renovated and is kept clean. Only warning is this location is extremely busy during summer. Just be prepared for a long wait. 15-20 minutes. Also this location does tend to run out of items like certain sodas in the drink machines. If not in the middle of tourist season the service and times improve greatly.

Wanted to pay cash so went to order at front. No one came they just looked at me so I placed my order on the kiosk. The machine had no paper and I wanted to still pay cash. Another gentleman came in and they rushed to help him. There was also a language issue. My sister who was with me they never called her number to get her food. It sat behind the counter. She had to ask for her food! Worst part it was a manger who was this rude. I highly recommend not stoppimg at this place!!

Mcdonalds is going down hill fast. Use the app for faster service they say, order curb side for faster service they say. Not when you have to go inside and ask where is my order after waiting 25 minutes. Service inside is even worse. Use the kiosk for faster service they say. Hardly no customer service any more and wait 20 to 30 minutes on food, or for an associate to recognize a customer standing there waiting for customer service. Then they can’t even get an order right, and food is luke warm. used to be my favorite fast food, not any more.

I use to eat at this McDonald’s all the time. Not anymore. Been going down for awhile now. Went today, ordered 2 McChicken, extra pickles, add tomatoes. And a double quarter pounder meal, extra mustard, no ketchup. A 10 piece nugget, and a Cheeseburger. And this is what we got…. 2 McChicken wit only 2 pickles, no lettuce bc they was out. And the wrong chicken was on it. The double quarter pounder meal had only mustard and pickles on it. They left off my onions. And had the wrong beef patties on it. And the nugget was dry. And the Cheeseburger was only ketchup. Which was suppose to come the way it comes. I’m done wit McDonald’s. Way to much money spent there to get this kinda service.
