I went to this location twice in one week and the first day they messed up my hot latte. There was no foam on the coffee when I took the lid off and it was a dark brown. No latte should resemble black coffee. I had to go to work and add sugar and cream my self to make it drinkable. The second time I went this morning they gave me and charged me for a whole sandwich when I ordered snackin bacon. My coffee was correct this time, however I asked for a chocolate chip muffin and repeated about 3 times, to get to work to find out it is a blueberry muffin (gross). Now they just ruined my whole experience. Got over charged for items I did not ask for and then didn’t even get what I asked for. Highly disappointed, what a waste of time and money. Will not be returning to this location! Do better over there guys and actually pay attention to what the customer is asking for and what you are preparing for customer inside.

Im not sure if I heard lily or willie but the driver person made my experience above high she was the sweetest thing ever! Very cheerful and just a good person overall. So was the cashier. This dunkin will make you have a great morning before work. Will be my new spot

been here quite a few times before and service is usually pretty good but there was so much wrong today. asked if they could add sausage to a sandwich w bacon and they said yes. when i went to look, the sandwich didn’t have sausage. when i went back to ask them, they switched out my sandwich for one with sausage but not bacon. asked for hash browns which were forgotten, when i asked them about them, i got 4 old, burnt hash browns. asked one of the girls for ketchup she said okay and then just stood there and i didn’t get my ketchup, had to ask someone else for it. my chai had the syrup all the way at the bottom not even stirred, didn’t get any napkins at all, etc, etc, etc.

Worse Dunkin I’ve been to thus far. I ordered a signature latte and they neglected the whipped cream on top and served it in a regular ice coffee cup. It was warm with few ice cubes. I tossed it. Never again.

Tried to order 2 simple things from Baskin Robins from Uber delivery, was texted by driver they had nothing available that I wanted. Called Uber to have it canceled, but they charged me saying driver had already picked up, but she hadn’t. Tried calling store many times, but they would not pickup call. Do not order from here, you will not be happy.

I have been going here for over 4 years. We Sat there 40 minutes while 2 ladies just sat there and only addressed me once that they will get to me never did and it was my daughters birthday this usually is my go to spot not anymore that was ridiculous. And beyond disappointing. Twistee treat is very close to this location and was beyond amazing service!

This lady told she wouldn’t give me a donut in drive thru. I went inside the store and asked what’s up with the drive through and she said “it’s none of your business”. Her name is Veronica. I asked her if that’s how she talks to her customers. She said “I’m 30 weeks pregnant and I’m the manager so I can do whatever I want, get out of the store”. I come here almost every week and this is the kind of disrespect I face.

On Saturdays I like to thrift shop and often take the thrift store treats. This morning I stopped by DD and I typically go thru the drive thru but this day I went inside. I ordered a couple dozen assorted donuts and an iced coffee. The guy behind the counter was nice but I said multiple times that I wanted a large iced coffee and he did a medium and when I told him I kept saying large he put it in a large cup and added more coffee. It was pretty gross and I ended up throwing it away. But I appreciated him attempting to accommodate my request. When I ordered the donuts his manager was standing there and he asked that the other associates help him with the donuts while he made the iced coffee. He made the coffee while the guy behind him kept putting up stickers and his manager walked away to do something else. I was a little taken back that he asked for their help and no one helped him. A different manager, from the Baskin Robbins side saw me waiting and asked did I have my coffee and I said yes and told her that the clerk had asked for help to prepare my order and no one helped him at which point she immediately jumped in to help him. (Kudos to her) The store was not crowded I was the only person at the counter and shortly after a gentleman walked in and was helped right away. The store was clean and the clerk was kind to me. I just didn’t like that he asked his manager for help and she ignored him as well as the other associates around him. The team dynamics need work as it directly impacts the customer experience. IF, I go back I’ll probably use the drive thru but I’m not likely to return. Be kind to your customers but better to each other, you’re a team. Act like it!!
