Checked this place because I love finding new local places to check out. They have a nice indoor and outdoor eating area. My friend and I both got steak. It was super juicy and simple seasoning at it’s best. Any form of the potatoes were really good. I was really upset that I got to full I couldn’t enjoy their tasty looking desserts.

The food here is good but I’m writing this review in response to my sister’s review below. I was there when she almost slipped on a squished fry on the ground and the lady laughed and said it’s just a fry. They DID NOT promptly clean the fries off the floor they were all over the place. The employees were standing around chatting the entire time we were eating. We were the only customers inside so they were definitely not busy.

I was shocked at how heavy my bag was and pleasantly surprised that for $14, they didn’t skimp out on anything. The Texas turkey blt was delicious and big enough for two servings and served with a side of thick cut fries. It’s far away for me but worth the trip. The also maintain cleanliness and were efficient with my order.

The atmosphere and culture of the establishment is great but this is primarily a fried foods menu; and when you can’t fry foods well, the $53 price for a family of 4 with 2 small kids just isn’t worth it. I think the restaurant needs to try and add value into the food offerings to justify their price point for primarily fried foods. To be fair, I’ve not tried their breakfast. A restaurant can have fantastic breakfast offerings and everything else not very good. I’ll come back to try the breakfast but just haven’t had great experiences otherwise. You can get a better chicken sandwich at Chick fil a, the buffalo wrap isn’t good, the burger isn’t great either. My son enjoyed his fried shrimp. Go for refried beans over macaroni and cheese, and the sweet potato fries are a better pick than the regular.

The food is good. I have no complaints. I was walking to get a to go box and I almost slipped and fell on a French fry. I told the staff and I said “there’s something on the floor and I almost slipped.” The lady proceeded to say “hahaha it’s a French fry.” I don’t understand what was so funny. I looked around the restaurant and there’s French fries all over the ground. They’re asking for a lawsuit.

I never leave reviews but this place was the worst the salad was all lettuce. The steak was salty and the bacon for the loaded potato was nasty . The only thing that was good was the fries. With in 30mins of leave this place I have felt so sick and my stomach hurts.
