There was a woman outside of the restaurant smoking a cigarette I watched her go into the restaurant and begin making pizza. There were customers walking in paying for orders and Placing orders with cash. She would cash out the customer and proceed to grab the dough out of the pan and make Crust. She did not wash her hands one time while I sat outside for the 30 minutes as I seen her smoke a cigarette touch her phone, touch, cash, and coins. VERY UNSANITARY

Very disappointed. I ordered a pizza earlier today around 12pm and never received the pizza. When I called the location, the person who answered the phone, I would have to assume was the manager was very curt and rude. She said the delivery driver came to my home and called, didn’t receive an answer so drove back to papa John’s. I don’t have any missed calls. The person I spoke to wasn’t empathetic or apologetic for a mistake that was technically her staffs fault. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Placed an order yesterday (8/22) that I never received. Even today, the automated phone message tells me that my order was received and will be delivered to me “in minutes.” I’ve attempted to get ahold of the store directly by phone multiple times both yesterday (8/22) and also today (8/23), and no one has picked up the phone.

Last time I’ll be ordering from Papa Johns. Ordered a thin crust, got regular crust smashed down. Ordered a regular crust, it was also smashed down. Ordered both well done, and both were under cooked and doughy. The wings were over cooked and sauce was dripping out of the box onto the other boxes. Order was delivered in less than 45 minutes, meaning they were not too busy and could have checked for the accuracy of the order. Tried to call multiple times, and nobody answers the phone. My recommendation is to avoid this location. So disappointed.

Ordered pizza online for delivery at 8:45p. Got the conf email saying estimated delivery time was 142 minutes… Tried calling multiple times to cancel, no answer ever. Guess I’m waiting it out…nope, never came. Go to store next day to get my refund. Manager could care less, no explanation. Said I could either get the pizza now (17 hrs later) or refund. Offered nothing else, horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.
