Came on a slow Saturday night around 530pm and was highly disappointed. Staff was amicable, quick to serve. The food was okay but… The nature of the inside was unkempt, especially for a dinner “rush”. The men’s bathroom had no soap, salsa bar was dirty and there were a couple empty bowls and no bowl where the mango salsa should have been. The cashier was unaware somehow, it seemed, of any of this. The only upside would be the ample parking in the plaza.

Seriously, there is no better place to get fish tacos then Baja fresh! Beans and rice are just OK but those tacos are amazing. The batter on the fish is light and crispy and it lets the flavor of the fish come through. They add a great slaw and dressing that makes your mouth water. I hat to say it but I don’t try anything else there, they are so good!

The team here is fabulous! They really know their stuff and the food is consistently so good, even compared to more expensive restaurants. We always get fish tacos and they are delicious! You also can’t beat the gorgeous patio — one of the most peaceful in my the entire town.

I dine here and carry out for my staff on a regular basis. This location should be the poster child for a well run, clean, exemplary staffed, franchise location. Olivia and her team always greet me (and many others) by name, with a smile. The portions are generous and each dish is prepared with attention to detail. The salsa bar seems to always be perfectly stocked, even in the middle of the lunchtime rush. Do not hesitate to come in for a tasty meal or place a huge catering order, you will not be disappointed!!!

We all know Baja Fresh is a chain, and I am not expert on Mexican cuisine, so can’t judge how authentic the food is. We however love this location. The crew is always happy and helpful and the food tastes good. The flavor is always good but not always the same, which is an indicator that it is freshly made in premises and does not come out of a huge batch prepared somewhere, frozen and trucked.
