I have been coming to this location since it opened. Your employees and manager are rude. I paid for my order and half of it was missing. I was not given a receipt and was almost denied a replacement. They recognized me and ignored me for 15 minutes. I was charged for the wrong order that wasn’t even on the menu, so I didn’t receive the items I ordered. For someone who goes here almost everyday for happy hour I’m not impressed one bit. I’d rather drive to prairie center. I have been a manager for 10 years and would never treat someone that way for just wanting their food. Your employees need customer service training. I know now to always check your order before you leave and get your receipt!

After waiting around 10 minutes in the lobby for my order, I was asked if I needed to order. I showed them my receipt, to find out they completely dropped the ball on making the order. They began to make it then, and I figured “no big deal, just a delay”. I get my food and drive away, just to find out they forgot the sauces in all 3 of my burritos. Not impressed by this location at all.

Waited over 15 minutes before being acknowledged in line to order inside. Waited another 20 minutes and still didn’t have my order. Asked for an ETA, she said she couldn’t give me one. I asked for a refund she said no because they can’t refund mobile or kiosk orders. IT WAS ORDERED IN PERSON WITH AN EMPLOYEE. After asking for a refund 3 times she finally did it. How is this fast food? I get it’s busy and hard to hire but being rude and waiting over 40 minutes for nothing is ridiculous.

Ordered a burrito Supreme and got a tiny little bean burrito, smaller than a normal bean burrito, with lettuce and cheese on it. The beans were very very salty too. Won’t be going back…

This is one of the better taco bells. Rarely have they messed up my order. Also, they put my Mexican pizzas on top of the other stuff instead of letting them be squished and ruined by putting them underneath all the heavy burritos.

I ordered online and the app had an issue where it said my order was canceled. The third time I tried, it went through. When I went to the store to pick up my order, they said all 3 orders actually came through but that they would check out 1 and cancel the other two. According to my bank, they charged me for all three and didn’t cancel the other two. Store claims I needed to contact corporate to get my refund. Taco Bell has no corporate number to call so I had to send an email. I’m sure this is done on purpose because it’s been a couple weeks and I still haven’t heard anything back from anyone. Wont be ordering with the app anymore and if the employee was unsure about how to cancel my order, they could have told me that. Still would have been out money but I would have been more understanding.

Garbage I ordered a box and 2 soft tacos they handed me a box that I couldnt close in my wrx can’t afford a small bag really? I suggest the prairie center one as they are always great won’t be back here. Food is cold a they short you on food bought the same box a few days ago way more meat in all my stuff this place needs to be shut down already
