The roast beef sandwich I order was the worse sandwich I have ever eaten. It was very tough and was not put together right. They did not even offer me another sandwich. That’s pretty sad.

This is our “go-to” breakfast place. Good food, reasonable prices and service is like we are family. Very welcoming staff eager to please. They are making some upgrades to the interior slowly which is nice. Love to have grilled blueberry muffins here when they have them. Can’t go wrong with this choice!

We come here every year in the summer or fall and sometimes for a drive to meet family for a quick meal. The breakfast is outstanding with some of the best pancakes you’ll ever eat. Their baked goods are tasty as well. The food is priced so that we can come every morning while on vacation and the staff is friendly and local. What a great place!

Visited the Sunrise Restaurant and bakery this past weekend with my aunt and uncle. They live very close and have been raving about the food service in value for months. I ordered the medium sized fried clam platter which was every bit as good as some of the fried clam places in Kennebunkport Maine. The service was perfect and the check was Far lower than I even thought it might be. I plan to go back often. Also, leave room for dessert.

This used to be a wonderful place with excellent food. Tonight hard changed my opinion. My husband asked for his liver very well done, it was bloody in the middle. My chicken cordon bleu used to have a slice of ham steak, now it is just lunch meat. We will not be back. Are there new owners?

Nothing to write home about, that’s for sure! Had an absolutely rude waitress who rushed us to order. We asked for a few minutes and she stated we would have to wait until after her break then. She still came back two minutes later and I just picked something just so I didn’t feel like I was keeping her. When my boyfriend asked for a water she told him he would have to wait a few minutes. Um, ok? Food was literally nothing special and very over priced. Just the typical run-of-the-mill options. Apparently they closed early today too. Instead of putting a closed sign up on the door they locked the front door with us still inside with keys in the door. Seems a bit unsafe. Was hoping this would be our new breakfast spot but definitely not!

Had letter A.. breakfast for lunch(think I heard something about breakfast offered all day). 3 eggs any way(over easy), potato “patty”( so much more than the usual with added onions & cheese) choice of meat(3 strips of bacon) bread of choice(white) and coffee(tea) for roughly $8. Portions are HUGE! I over heard prime rib was coming out of over after I had already finished. If I had room, the way it smelled, I would have ordered that for sure! Well worth the drive.

Great place to eat, staff friendly, home made foods and the best home bread anywhere. Sometimes the delivery of your meal is a little slow, but that goes with home made and the place being busy. Well worth the wait. There will always be the typical Mass Hole who think they are better and should be served better, plus we all know how rude and impatient they are. It is sad that they come up here and take cheap shots at businesses and then go back to their perfect Disney World life in Mass. Only a narcissist would carry on like that woman Erin. Like it’s all about them.
