Ordered a 10″ Grilled Italian w extra meat, and got the sorriest excuse for a $16 sandwich ive ever seen. Didnt get any of the extras, had more lettuce than meat, and they gave me 2 packs of salt and vinegar chips instead of cole slaw. Who runs this place?

Visiting Salt Lake City and the receptionist gave the recommendation. I gave her a high-five when I returned. This place was awesome. You think a sandwich is just a sandwich if you have been to the chain sub shops. But you haven’t seen nothing yet. I was really impressed and stuffed. The variety of sandwiches is a welcomed change from the norm. I found myself reading most of the menu as I hadn’t heard of these combinations. You have to try it for yourself. I loved it. I took the chefs recommendation and tried the “Hot Bob” it was huge and delicious, especially if you like Thanksgiving, but on a bun.

I really love Capriotti’s and was so happy when they finally came to Utah. The best one in my area is the west valley location. (Herriman has gone downhill in cleanliness and quality. After 3 bad experiences we go to west valley instead) We usually just grab our sandwiches and go, so I can’t speak for the service, though they are always nice. But their sandwiches always taste fresh, and like they are made with care. (Meaning the ingredients taste fresh, toppings are evenly distributed and none are missing, etc…) My favorite sandwiches are the bobbie and the philly cheese steak with onions and sweet peppers. So good!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! The two employees that were working today (7/3) were some of the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. The food is okay, but their inability to be nice to people will have me going to one of their MANY competitors that understand that the customer pays their bills. Based on previous reviews they won’t do anything but continue to let customers leave, and their earnings to decrease. Trust me when I say GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I’m so disappointed. We ordered dinner. 4 sandwiches a chicken cheese steak without any bread. This is what we got. 2 mushrooms and no peppers, and the little bit of chicken is cold and dry. I will never go back. Such a disappointment

Came in yesterday “Friday” at 7:30 pm. They already had all the chairs put away and were sweeping and mopping, so nowhere to sit and eat. I came for the American Wagyu French dip, which I had just seen a commercial for. The girl looked at me like I was crazy and said, “we don’t carry that anymore. So, I ended up ordering one of the other American wagyu sandwiches. Another customer walked in and ordered. Meanwhile, no one was in the kitchen they were just cleaning or taking orders. I noticed they don’t even close till 9 pm, so I’m not sure why they were cleaning the restaurant while there were customers ordering. When I opened my sandwich, the veggies weren’t even on the sandwich. They just were just sitting there when I unwrapped the wrapper. There was no sauce on the sandwich. The one positive I have is that the American Wagyu meat was very good. I really wish they would have had the French dip like I had just seen a commercial for.
