This was my first time to eat at this restaurant in Asheboro North Carolina. It is definitely a sports-themed restaurant and bar. There is a large outdoor patio area for dining and drinking and it is covered. I ordered the grilled salmon with Cajun. I also had a dinner salad with blue cheese dressing. And there was a round of wild rice on my plate also with a small dinner roll. I have been enjoying a lot of salmon lately and this was well-cooked and seasoned. The rice was good too. The sweet tea was adequate but not the best I have had. There is one problem with this place at night time. When cars or trucks pull up to a parking place their headlights are shining right in your eyes or your face. I find that very uncomfortable. It’s a shame some people do not have awareness of what they are doing. The server’s here look to be like teens. It was an interesting evening.

Love their Hawaiian Chicken Entree! They also have amazing mashed potatoes and baked beans! Their wings are also delicious! I go here all the time and I always leave with a gallon of sweet tea. It’s the best tea I’ve had. My daughter loves it also and she loves their mashed potatoes. It’s her favorite side! Would definitely recommend.

This place surprised me, it was very good. I’m glad I decided to eat there. I got the salmon salad and my son got the burger meal. The salmon was a good size for a salad, I was surprised at the size and it was very good too. My son said his burger was one of the best that he’s eaten in a while. Our waitress was very nice and helpful too. She said the salmon salad was their most popular salad. I’m glad I went with her suggestion.

Was there last minute with a group of 15 after a baseball game. Our waitress Miricle was amazing. She didn’t mess anything up made sure all drinks were full and the adults were full with there beers! Highly recommend the shrimp and grits.

We got our bill and it had a 3percent non cash fee add to it. I was never asked how I was paying. They are adding this to the tickets automatically. I questioned waiter said it was for credit cards. I was paying cash. She said she would take it off if I wanted her to. My problem with this is how many people do not see it. They pay it even if paying in cash. Kind of deceiving I think. Couple dollars a bill times how many times a day times 30 days a month. Look at your bill people

I am pleased to say I highly recommend Coaches. Today for lunch Tonya was our waitress and she was very polite and helpful. Topped off our drinks, brought condiments and offered anything we needed. She was a wonderful waitress with perfect timing to ensure we didn’t need anything! Probably the best waitress we have ever had at Coaches. I understand that everyone is short staffed these days but it has been a long time since I had such a great overall experience. Also, Mary, the cook came out to give me extra wings as she said she only gave me 7 instead of 8 in my wing basket. I would have never even noticed the wing count but she said she wanted to make sure my order was right. That shows going above and beyond to me to make sure the customer was happy. It’s the little things that truly make me want to return to a restaurant and these two ladies made a great mark on me!
