We had an amazing experience in this spot for brunch. The food and our waitress Nicole were amazing! Highly recommend having a visit if you are looking for good quality food!! The range of coffee flavours were gorgeous!! We tried the coconut and Carmel coffee it was just wow. The portion sizes were brilliant and the food was top notch!!

I have been here twice now and every time the food is absolutely delicious and the staff is so friendly and helpful! I love the decor, the food portions are very generous and the treats are so good! Outstanding menu, very generous portions, creative food options with attractive traditional egg dishes as well as more exotic dishes such as the salmon Benny! There is a wait; however, Cardinal provides discount tickets to get mimosas at a nearby bar, Lola’s to help you to enjoy the wait time! Highly recommended!

My wife and I enjoyed the vibe of this place. It has a retro feel. The staff were all extremely friendly. The food was amazing, honestly all around one of the best meals I have had in a while. My wife had the chicken and waffles. They were better than any I have had before. I had a breakfast sandwich, and this, too, was delicious. We will definitely be returning.

This was our first time dining at Asbury Park. The service was flawless, the waitress and wait staff were highly attentive, warm, and friendly. The restaurant employees didn’t miss one beat and helped us even before we needed to ask. The dishes were phenomenal and the poached eggs over potato latkes with salmon and kale/spinach were divinely out of this world. The Turkish scrambled eggs were amazing. The coffee had to be the best I have tasted in quite some time. The flavor combinations were highly creative and pleasing for the palate. The dessert we ordered were these Portuguese fried dough with lemon flavored cream inside with cinnamon and sugar frosting. I loved absolutely everything about this charming restaurant. I had not one complaint. Coming from a picky New Yorker, this is a rarity! I will definitely be coming back to this hidden gem. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.
