I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hong Hua Fine Chinese Dining , and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations.

Delicious, authentic Chinese food. I ordered the Peking duck in 3 ways and it was enough to feed 3 to 4 people.

Up-scale Chinese restaurant with excellent service and food. Peking duck is carved table-side and served with yeasty steamed pancakes/crepes, pickled daikon + carrots, julienned scallions, and Hoisin sauce. The remainder of the duck is taken back and cooked in one of several ways. We opted for the stir-fry with bean sprouts. Everything was well-seasoned. The duck dish will feed 3-4. Items are priced appropriately given up-scale nature of restaurant (~$60 for the duck).

The food is always excellent. I especially love the Peking duck and lobster entrees. Never had a bad dish there. They do a good job with big parties but can only accommodate up to 6 tables per banquet room.

We took a party of 10 and had a great experience. The food and service was great. The staff was friendly. They gave huge portions of food we got it fast after placing our orders. Dinners ranged from $15-30 depending on what you get. I highly recommend trying this out.

There’s a bit of debate about whether I should give 4 or 5 stars…

This is my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant and it’s perfect for families that have diverse dietary needs. I’m vegan and this restaurant is a vegan heaven — but it’s also perfect for omnivores (or carnivores — we have a few of those in my family!). The mapo tofu, eggplant tofu, chili eggplant, veggie lo mein, and spring rolls are my favorite vegan dishes here, but there are several other vegetable items that are also vegan. If I had to eat one thing for the rest of my life it probably would be the chili eggplant. Seriously, it’s that good.
