i come here often usually no issues but today the guy had a very nasty attitude in drive through and then refused to checkout me at the window went to the back and whoever made my food PURPOSELY messed it up. it was cold slapped together cheese wasn’t even melted that’s how cold my sandwich was. had to turn around and wait for a remake which caused me to be late to work. will definitely be going back for a refund and will not be back!

I love Duncan and it’s one of my favorite places but this Dunkin location stop serving food at six but doesn’t close until nine. I waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes and no one noticed me at all. There was a bunch of wigs in the parking lot just laying around and the drive-through is super small so if you have a lifted truck like I do probably don’t wanna go to that location probably the worst one in the city honestly

I honestly can’t even say if the donuts or any of the food is good or not because I didn’t even get a chance to get any service I pulled up to the drive-thru and the guy said so we will be with you in a minute we are behind sat there for 10 minutes and never heard anyone again. Went to the barbershop right nearby in the same plaza and came back 30 minutes later and heard some chick on the phone in the back could hear her whole conversation but she didn’t walk out and greet or anything

I’m a regular Door Dasher here and an occasional customer. I know recently this location has had an “employee overhaul” because everyone is primarily new or from other locations I guess. It seems the store is still working the kinks out a little to get back to normalcy. Sunday morning as I was departing the store, I heard something very troubling to me. As I’m entering my vehicle, I notice a newer employee (maybe a boss or something) pull up rather quickly and he gets out, slams his door and says something to the effect of “these N words, (a racial term) act like they can’t do anything without me”..Maybe not those exact words but close to that. I didn’t say anything to him because truthfully he probably didn’t notice me and I had an order to deliver rather quickly. Now I know crews and co-workers will talk a certain way amongst each other, but a higher up should never speak like that toward his crew. Rubbed me the wrong way as a Jamaican man but I kept it to myself. I love the new crew honestly, they seem like good workers, but it’s certain things you shouldn’t say aloud. You never know who is listening.

Every time I come in this location I hate it, the only reason why I come here is because it’s really close to my house. No one here smiles, no one here talks to you . When you go up and order the nod at you as if you are a dog and need to respond to them. No “how may I help you” or even a “hello”. So I get mobile order now and even then they don’t talk to you. I waited 20 minutes for a medium ice coffee hash browns and two tacos.. that’s unacceptable. Oh and as I was sitting there they waited 6 shots of espresso just shows how much they really hate their job. We didn’t tell you to work here so if you don’t like your job don’t come to work. I’m really upset at the customer service I received every single time I am here.

i can let it slide the first time, but coming in twice to multiple homeless people sleeping IN the store, nobody in sight who works there, and with me yelling “hello is anyone in there” while hearing phone calls in the back, nobody answered. not even a distant “give me a second” nothing. the first time this happened i heard a scream from inside the dunkin so i quickly left and called the store. somebody answered and i asked her if everything was okay and if she heard the screaming. she heard the screaming and simply said “yea i heard it” and nothing more, phone call ending. this is ridiculous. not once but twice ive gone in with an atmosphere like this. next time i come in to see such an eery sight im calling authorities

Every time I come here they are understaffed and pay more attention to the drive thru and will have the lobby waiting 15+ minutes for a single cup of small coffee. Manager makes excuses for employees that called out or did not show. I feel bad for the location, but none the less they need to regroup before trying to be open full time the wait is ridiculous. Again I understand times are hard right now, but wow just wow !
