The Old Goat Margherita
This unique take on our classic Margherita was conjured up by 2 of our regulars, we have decided to add it to our menu. They really mixed it up, first thing’s first, they deleted our 3 cheese blend and replaced it with goat cheese, then they ixnayed the tomato slices! but it’s okay they replaced those with our delicious premium house-made fire roasted tomatoes, surprisingly they kept the fresh basil and balsamic drizzle but they couldn’t resist adding our honey whisky caramelized onions, our sautéed balsamic mushrooms and since this is nuts, why not add some of those too? It is finished off with pine nuts for a nice crunch. Viola, The Old Goat Margherita.		 $24.00
Tin Can Pizza (Keto)
Get any pizza you want baked in a pan with no crust! Perfect for Ketoers! We create a thin layer of mushrooms and cheese at the bottom of the tin and bake it to make it nice and crisp, then we add the sauce, the cheese, and whatever toppings you desire, throw it back in the wood fire oven, and viola! I ordered a half/half za and garlic bombs and everything was absolutely stellar! The right amount of sauce, good amount of toppings and the crust…12/10!!! Thin, flavorful, with the perfect amount of chew to it. And their pizzas are wood fired so you get a little char on the crust without a burnt flavor. Highly recommend!!! Can’t wait to go back and try some of their specialty pies. So happy this place was recommended to me – I didn’t know we had a better pizza option in Shelton! Tell everyone!!!
