So glad we detoured to visit Carnivore BBQ! Not only was the service fantastic (our server was so sweet!), but the food was super delicious and hit our table quickly. The brisket was some of the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a fair bit), the sauces were incredible, the collard greens were on point (apple cider vinegar – who knew?), and holy jeebus if you do nothing else, get the deep fried deviled eggs. Make this your top BBQ stop in WV!

Stopped by on a Saturday evening. I am not normally a fan of BBQ sauce, but I liked all of theirs. I got the dish with the waffle fries, maybe dinofries? It was delicious! The smoke d chicken was fantastic. Friend had a burger, ordered medium and he said it was perfect. Oh, the deep fried deviled eggs! Yummy!

Great soon you walk in you are greeted and immediate it the waitress of course asked me was my drink and my kids she went and got that come back and read the specials. The food was back in a timely manner I have no complaints it was excellent. She did keep coming back making sure everything was all right had a friendly conversation I recommend

Awesome food! Best barbeque I’ve had in a very long time! Lots a sauce flavor choices so there’s something for everyone. Meat was smoked perfectly, just enough and not to much. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Even the long drive through the country to get there was beautiful and relaxing.

This place was so amazing. Had so many unique items, things you don’t find other places. The deviled eggs are phenomenal and the banana pepper rings that are deep fried were so good. The BBQ sauces we amazing . We had wonderful service.

Went with my parents while visiting home. WAS ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY!! We were seated right away, started off with fried pickles and deviled eggs. The deviled eggs are incredible (could have made a meal out of those). I got the brisket for my main, it was so freaking good. Smoked just right and wet as could be. The bbq sauces were really good too, the kicker sauce was definitely my fave but enjoyed all of them. The owner personally came out and chatted with us. She’s super nice and very on top of her game.
