So I am editing my review here as I have been to this place so many times now(I definitely like the food) but in the last few times I did not get the everything I needed like saffron rice wasn’t there, then popular salad was out, then sauces and mostly will be out.

This is a pretty cool Mediterranean place. I have never eaten here before and a friend of mine told me that it was a must. She was not wrong. Cava is like the subway of Mediterranean food. You tell them what you want and they mix it in a bowl or a wrap for you. The service was good and helpful. Which I was great full for since I had never eaten there before and I had no idea what I was real long doing. There are plenty of options for both meat lovers and vegetarian such as myself. The parking is free in their parking lot.

Healthy bowl offerings in a serving line format. All the ingredients in my bowl where in excellent and fresh condition. The atmosphere is open and clean with a nice drink station offering more than sodas. I really enjoyed being able to pick from a multiple of choices for my bowl. I have made an all veggie bowl and I have made a bowl with a protein and both filled my bowl and were plenty satisfying. It’s a good idea to look over the menu before coming to the store. Looking forward to this being a regular go-to for me

This was my first time and definitely not my last time. I truly enjoyed every bite and I’m normally a take my food home kind of gal but the restaurant was clean and smelled fresh. BJ made sure my experience was top tier and brought my items that were being made fresh to my table. Me and my brother will be coming back for sure, i even ordered seconds to take home to my fiancé.

I placed an order online at 11:40 – arrived at the store at noon, and walked out with my food at 1:05. They had 3 employees trying to keep up with orders and couldn’t make chicken fast enough to keep up. They kept prioritizing the walk-ins over everyone waiting for online orders. They did offer free drinks, but the wait time was absolutely crazy.

I had a fantastic experience at Cava, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Karol, Brenda, Abou, Charles, and Beejay. After a disappointing visit to the Perimeter location, this team at the new location made my visit truly memorable. The warm smiles and hospitality from every staff member, including the cook, were truly appreciated. It’s rare to find such great service, and I hope they continue to excel. I have tried this location multiple times and have been disappointed every time. There are always multiple ingredients not available, and the lines are long. Even when you order in advance, the order is never ready at the proposed time, or they start it when you walk in. The last straw was today’s Uber eats order and it looks like they didn’t even read it, they again started it when the driver walked in, nothing about my bowl was correct, and multiple ingredients were missing. I will not go to this location again, not worth the headache.

Any bowl that I have created I’ve always loved but they don’t give you enough. It always seems when you order from the app for a pickup, you get a small amount of food, but when you order in the restaurant you almost always have to ask for them to put more in the bowl. Outside of that, I love the food. The 3-star review isn’t for the food but the portion sizes.
