Ordered via uber eats. This is the extent of my kids two taco meal. They left out the meat, the fruit, and his drink. How the hell do you leave out the meat??????? Seems kind of integral to the taco experience. Oh, and the cheese. Basically, they failed miserably. Possibly worse than just being f(&ked at the drive thru since I paid all the fees for delivery.

I recently visited Chipotle in Monterey and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! I mean, it’s not every day you get to eat at a restaurant that looks like it was decorated by a kindergarten class. But hey, who needs classy decor when you have burritos the size of a small child?

I ordered a kid’s meal build your own for the first time. The employee that took my ordered did not know what that was. She ended up giving 2 tacos instead. I asked her to put pinto beans on one and black beans on the other. She put black beans on both. I asked her to put queso on one, she put queso on both. She has no idea what she was doing and did not care. Did not ask for help. I was charged way more than the kid’s meal for her mistake.

On Friday 10/28, I got 2 bowls and a burrito. We took our first bite in the restaurant. My burrito was cold by the time I took a bite. Not sure if it was the sour cream or the meat. My sister said her chicken was cold and she did not feel good after that.

12/6/22 we didn’t have the best experience tonight. My boyfriend wasn’t satisfied with how his burrito was made, as they put extra lettuce, which he didn’t want, to fill the burrito more so he said something about it & one of the female employees (tall, thin, brown hair) snapped at him. We didn’t want any issues so we just proceeded to pay for the food and left. Due him not being satisfied with how they prepared his food, he decided to just take it back in and get refunded, where they proceeded to give him a hard time and snapped at him again. I hope that this issue gets resolved because it was super unprofessional.

A line when I arrived but got moving quickly. Someone was clearly being trained on the line but was doing her best and was very polite. Trainer thanked me for my patience but I didn’t really need to be patient as they were all moving quickly. I didn’t look around much but it seemed to be running very well, food was hot and fresh.
