First and last time I stop by this location. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a few sides. The chicken sandwich was either over fried or REALLY old still slightly pink. It wasn’t even crunchy one bit!! Completely soggy and the batter was dark. Really disappointing. Only reason they’re getting 2 starts is because the sides were okay. You can tell there’s no organization at this Popeye’s. I’ve ordered the same items here on multiple occasions and they always seem to get something wrong with the order. Today it was an all-around failure. I ordered two 3-piece platters and a Chicken Sandwich, you know, those that everyone was fighting about when they first came out, hahaha.

They are short staff don’t come here. There’s poor management on food quality. Drive-thru takes forever, we ordered mild chicken tenders, they gave us spicy and only 1 mild. The spicy ones were old and stale. They didn’t have biscuits or fries.

Connie working the opening drive thru window this morning was AMAZING! Such a great and fun personality. Very professional, pleasant. Recommended the strawberry biscuit to try and glad I did it was so good! If isn’t a manager–she should be promoted to one. If she is a manager, make her a district manager! She has such a lovely spirit and made my morning so much brighter!

When this placed open , I thought there will be Spanish speaking workers in the restaurant . I came with my mom I can’t believe. No bilingual workers are here. Like who’s the manager? Well it took forever to order since the workers didn’t speak Spanish.

Worst Popeyes takes forever to get service, there are never condiments you need. No ketchup etc,lady who takes your money serves the food two people working..very bad!

Hmmmm… 15 min wait for one 12pc order can’t be good for a fast-food establishment. Just sayin ( shrug) Oh, plus I didn’t have anyone in front of me. People came in, stood in line for a good amount of time, then just straight up bounced out I had already ordered, so I had no choice but to wait.

Do not go to this Popeyes , the supposedly manager was really rude , first said there was no popcorn shrimp cuz the machine was broken , then I ordered mild chicken she said only had spicy never even apologize once . I been to other locations and never had problem machines should be working properly, seemed to me that these ppl dont even wanna work . last time coming here , terrible service and food quality
