I avoid this biggby at all cost. For years they have been slow, rude and inefficient. I have never waited less than 30 minutes for anything and I’m always disappointed. It doesn’t matter if you go inside or the drive thru… the last two times my husband and I have went, we went inside and not only did we wait 30-40 minutes, we watched people come in and order after us get their drinks and food before we do. There is no system or order to how they do things. It’s just not worth it, they just don’t get better.

I was really frustrated as I just pulled through the drive-through and was told they are no longer doing Bogo deals. I had already ordered two drinks, and was understanding of the change. However, when I got my drink at the window, the girl handed me a stack of coupons for buy one get one free. I asked her if this was some thing I could use starting today. She said yes. I told her I was confused why I wasn’t able to apply it to the order I just had. She just stared at me and then told me I could pull back around and order some drinks again. I am all about following the rules, but this seemed quite ridiculous.

Whoever was helping me with a door dash order that I was picking up was rude with me because I asked about an item that wasn’t ready yet. As it turns out, the other customers in the store with me were her friends, and she was more focused on talking with her friends than doing her job.

I’ve been to multiple Bigbby locations in the past month to order a Mango Blood Orange Cream Freeze, everywhere around the Hastings Biggby makes theirs the same way. But when I go to the Hastings location my drink is flavorless and colorless. No consistency whatsoever. This has happened three times in the past month, I’m so over it I asked for a refund and won’t return! I’d rather spend my money at the Battle Creek location.

My friends axle broke in the middle of the Hastings biggby and the guy with the tattoos glasses and nice car helped us out big time, figured out what was wrong, and brought us drinks! Best employee award goes to him! I hope he becomes manager if he isn’t already. I love Hastings biggby.
