Food was fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. Service was excellent and friendly. I ordered Shrimp Ceviche and Posole. The ceviche was very delicious and nicely prepared. I ended up taking home most of the Posole where I had it for lunch the next day and it was even better. Iced tea was served in bottles but this was not an issue since it was Gold Peak, which I like. The restaurant was very clean and I noticed a setup for live music.

The shrimp ceviche was ok, not bad but not great. The fajita tacos were delicious and two was a perfect order, very filling.

Absolutely love their spicy shrimp and fish soup, their beef tacos with rice and beans, and complimentary chips and out of the world so flavorful salsa. Mouth-watering, just thinking about all of that now ❤️

Ceviche was pretty good. Salsa and chips could be better. My husband liked the tinga tostadas. I ordered the flautas but It didn’t have much flavor. My kids enjoyed the tacos de fajita. Overall it wad a good experience. The young lady was cheerful and attentive. I do feel like it’s a bit over hyped but the agua frescas were yummy.

I just had the most bizarre dining experience ever at this place. It was 12 noon on a Monday and there were two other tables there with a total of 12 people in the whole joint. My hubby and I ordered two appetizers; shrimp cocktail and shrimp ceviche. It took almost 45 minutes to get our food. I watched the other two tables get their food one plate at a time. The first to get their food were finished by the time the last even got theirs. They literally make each plate of food at a time and serve them one by one (even soup). Our server was also cooking so we never saw her. I had to go to the kitchen to get more salsa, which we were shockingly charged extra for(!!) The shrimp ceviche was totally raw since you can’t cook raw shrimp in lime juice in 2 minutes. We squeezed our two half limes on the shrimp and let it sit awhile before we could eat it. I love sushi, but not raw (sweet) shrimp. The only upside was our server Jennifer who was so bubbly and sweet, but not enough to make us want to go back. No wonder there was no one there on a workweek lunch.

Hands down, this is my favorite place in the area. Everything is delicious (the chicken tinga is my go-to!) The prices are amazing. The staff is so kind and welcoming, and it’s family owned! We usually visit once a week and it’s always a treat. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!
