This past Friday around 9 pm. I really enjoyed the food especially the Chimi my husband also enjoyed his plate. The only thing that was not so well was the waitresses. Their attitudes were not so great they all looked like they hated working there. Also they brought the food out individually we had 4 people at our table each got their food about 10 to 15 out. We ate individually. Took them forever to get our beverages(waters and a coke). The customer service overall was a zero! No one came to our table in between us getting our food and check out. I actually wanted to try a drink from their menu but quickly decided not to cause the wait was horrible.I hope they fix this. Most likely will not return.

Food was not bad but 30 bucks for a bucket of Beer? No good. Also they apply 18 percent tio to your bill. Will not be going back. Shame because food was great and sometimes you get the occasional eye candy with the waitresses.

The food was good, we had gotten the 3 golpes with 2 chinola juices. It was freshly made since I was the first one there. The lady at the register was kind and professional. The space itself is nice and big. I recommend you get juice without ice if you’re getting takeout and you’re more than 10 minutes away, el jugo de chinola es natural de verdad y se nota la diferencia.

Amazing food . BUT BEWARE!! Automatic 18% surcharge + Additional 3.5% if paying with a card yet a tip line and a pen is waiting for you after after already paying 21.5% additional to the house. Thought I was on south beach for a moment . Please remove automatic surcharge for a party of 2 and possibly find a better payment processing service where your customers do not have to bare the cost of your POS expenses. We just want the food and to be honest the service was great so a big tip was coming without the mandatory surcharge which should be labeled (gratuity)

This place is terrible with their to go food. Whenever I eat in the restaurant the food is pretty good, but they just don’t care about their to go food. The plantains taste like they were cooked hours ago. My fiancé and I both spit out the chicken, it was so dry and disgusting. I tried to be patient with this place because the food is good in the restaurant, but this is the last time I go here. Every time I order to go the food is absolutely gross.
