Super disappointed. I called on March 14th ( although the nasty man I spoke to Saturday the 18th said I never called). I called ahead because we would be in town for a large volleyball tournament and I wanted to order pizza for a lot of people. I was told about the sizes of the pies and was excited. They seemed to have the best sizes and options. Now today, the 18th I place the order. My food delivered.. first, was supposed to come in the lobby to deliver but instead called for me to go outside… then I get 3 large PIES.. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I called and spoke to a VERY rude man who told me I wasn’t told the size information I was told… that only two people answer the phone..him and another guy… too bad I spoke to a girl. He hung up on me. When i called back he said he put me on hold. I said you hung up. Refused to do anything but make me more pizza and charge me again, which I declined. So disappointed . Visiting this area a lot, I will never go here again and will NEVER suggest to anyone. Thankful to another local pizza place who even gave me a discount when I told them what happened.

Best pizza place in Saratoga Springs!!! Amazing pizza great people the crust is absolutely to die for. The delivery driver didn’t have enough change for $100 so he went to a gas station to get me change and came back to give it to me. Absolutely incredible customer service I am blown away. Won’t eat any other pizza this is the only Saratoga Springs pizzeria in my opinion!!
