First off I would like to say this is JJ Fish Need to change the name. I completely wasted my money. This was my first time ordering from this place on 06/13/20. I should have looked at the reviews. I just don’t know how you can go wrong with Chicken wings. This chicken look like it was old it tasted funny it had a lot of dark spots on the chicken that should not be. It tasted like it was fried in old grease. I ordered 100 wings and none of my guests touched the chicken except the kids. You would have thought people would eat the chicken up quick that’s always the first thing to go. The kids took one piece and they even said it wasn’t good. I don’t know what type of chicken you all are selling, but it’s all bad. Service like this needs to change. I have a whole pan of chicken that I want you all to take back make me another pan or give me my money back this is the worst chicken ever. I only gave you all one star because there wasn’t a Selection for zero stars.

Ordered wings to go. The worst wings ever. All the meat was black inside and not edible and the wings were very small. Called them and was giving some sorry excuse about its from the blood and bring it back in and they will remake it. No thanks!! I don’t want nothing else from you! Stay away from the wings please!!

Picked up an order at 6:50pm asked if the 40 wings could be ready around 6:30pm. Store owner called me and said the order was ready at 6:15pm and he had 50 orders ahead of me. So with that being said the food should be fresh. Got home with my food and the wings were completely cold each wing filled with blood and completely stale. Called and spoke with the owner and he was very rude saying the wings were fresh and hung up on me. Never once did I get rude or disrespectful but he was very unprofessional. He told me he doesn’t guarantee satisfaction. What a great way to run a business. If I were you I wouldn’t order here because obviously they can’t handle large orders or unhappy customers. Trying to support businesses during this pandemic and this is the thanks I get. Horrible service..

I used to love this place and was a regular, but after the way I was treated today I will never support their business again. I just walked in to place a carry out order and the guy working there had a terrible attitude with me and told me to leave because they only do call-in carry-out orders now. I wouldn’t have minded if he had done so in a polite and courteous way, but he was rude and aggressive. The restaurant was shockingly dirty and smelled horrible. It really breaks my heart when places that used to be so welcoming turn into something so uninviting. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would, but that isn’t an option.

If I could give this no stars I would! We are new to the area and my family had a taste for chicken wings. We were excited to find a J&J in the area. I placed an order for 25 wings with mild sauce and was told it would be $3 extra for mild sauce (shocked). I said okay no problem. My husband brings the wings home and we were mortified at how they looked!

Do not buy the tips or chicken wings. The tips are deep fried and hard. The wings still had feathers on some of them. This is unacceptable service. I ordered thru DOORDASH! The fries were good with below average mild sauce. Go eat at Catfish or Tips and Taps in Crest Hill

We ordered 100 wings for a family dinner and the wings are typically fresh, good but these wings had NO taste!!! And the wings were dark(did not taste fresh). The owner is typically nice but he was quite rude and very abrupt! You serve the community, so please appreciate your customers!!!!!!

This was my first time eating at this JJ Fish. The restaurant was very clean and the two employees there were extremely friendly. Ordered 20 wings and a small catfish with lemon pepper. The food was DELICIOUS. Fresh, seasoned and fried to perfection. I am so glad that I googled and found this restaurant. I will definitely return this time with cash so that I can tip.
