30 minutes to get our order at a fast food restaurant is ridiculous. There were 6 people working but still couldn’t get orders out. One guy got his money back and left he had waited so long Restaurant was dirty, won’t go back.

Food: both chalupa’s ingredients were cold enough to seem like they were pulled from a refrigerator; I wish I was kidding. I have low expectations for places like this and I’m still disappointed. Sad that these people get paid $15+/hr.

Edited this review since on my latest visit my order was lost and 3 people who ordered behind me recived thiers and then 3 others who ordered after mine got thiers. When I finally received the order I checked it and it was wrong and then I had to wait further. I know a manager was there since she was conducting a interview at the time. There was no apology offered other than “have a good day”. Here is my first review. The service was a bit slow in the drive through but had a very nice attendant. The inside has been remodeled and looks good. They now have kiosks where you can place your order. I am glad they hsve the box deals back since it is a very inexpensive way to eat. They are also open at 7 am for breakfast.

Very understaffed. They need to tell you that they have a 45 minute wait as you order AND 6 people ahead of you in the drive thru FIRST before you order…. that would be a decency.

It’s a Taco Bell. Drive thru is typically slow and the food is hit or miss. Last time I went through the drive thru they forgot the veggies on the whole order. We had a bunch of tacos with no lettuce or tomatoes.
