We stopped in for a quick bite. The fish sandwich was great. Great tasting tarter sauce. Fries were hot and tasty. Coffee was very good. I was greeted with a smile and I was helped to my table after I placed my order at the counter. Was given a number, I was brought my tray by an employee. They do have a kiosk to place your order yourself, but I ordered a senior coffee and you have to do that in person at the counter to get the discount. Very clean inside and plenty of seating outside too.

Stayed at the seasons florida resort, walking distance from here, me and the wife decided to walk here a couple of times. Each time the food and coffee was perfect, the order was correct and it was nice and quiet and most importantly clean. The staff was also very friendly. Definitely worth the nice walk to get here

Manager eric was a complete disaster… I ordered something through drive thru, and he purposely threw me back at the end of the pick-up line. Never gave me my food. I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich just because I made a simple mistake putting it through drive when I meant to pick it up at the countertop He wanted me to get back in the car And go to drive thru very inconvenient .

I just want to take this time to express that every time I go to this location, the service is pretty quick, and the food is always warm and fresh. That being said, I would like to thank Delmarie. She’s the employee that answered the phone, promptly, and gave me the assistance and answer that I needed. On top of being knowledgeable, she was also very understanding.

Customer service from manager Yolanda and window rep was trash.. They made an entire order for me and my three children. We order a 20 piece number 7 with Big Mac sauce two sweet teas, the new milk shake and I was having issues bringing up my code because my phone did not load properly. Yolanda rude and not accommodating at all, I was told no 20 percent and pay full price. Instead of giving me 20 percent they wasted the food. I told her they should be able to check and see if a customer used the code already. I asked her did they make the food already, she said yes. She then proceeded to say she did not care if I left or not which means she rather waste food then give a customer 20 percent. I have never went through anything so ridiculous. The person taking the order did not ask us if we were using rewards, when I told her we are supposed to get a free cookie she lied and said she said it. I have three other in my car and they heard her say “go ahead with your order when your ready” once I told her all I wanted to order, I told her we get a free cookie because she did not ask. She ignored me at first and then said she said it there after but she did not!!! The customer service here is trash!!!
