For chain restaurant, it’s one of my favorites. You really can’t ever go wrong with Moe’s. The service here was nothing spectacular, The young lady behind the counter was pretty bland however, the service was not bad, and the food was up to standards.

Absolutely pitiful experience. I went to this location a week ago and had over double the amount put in my bowl when I ordered in person. I ordered online tonight and to say it was skimpy especially for $14 a bowl is a understatement. I took it back in to have them look at it and the guy rolled his eyes and had another girl come over and he told her I felt like my bowl was too light. Which it was. She gave me some pity story about how they have strict portions they are only allowed to put in the bowls. Keep in mind I literally just had double last week. My dad’s bowl had hardly any steak. Also, you are required to leave a tip if ordering online. All in all a very poor experience. I will not be back and will be contacting corporate.

I usually have really good service at this location but Chris and his coworker who shall not be named (because he has no name tag) completely ruined me and my girlfriends day. Chris spoke so quietly I could hear a pin drop over Chris, very easily. I think I asked Chris to repeat himself 27 times and he never spoke up, after Chris eventually finishes making my burrito and my girlfriends bowl the coworker rang us up for 40 dollars when our actual total was 31.98, he was then bothered by the fact I didn’t agree with his math skills and tried to refuse me chips. Very sad experience and will definitely be contacted management or corporate tonight, thanks Chris and unnamed coworker for ruining my day ;(

Been to other locations that were great but this one is definitely a pass. As other have mentioned the bowls are not worth the price you are paying they don’t even bother filling it with lettuce. The make it a meal is advertised as $3.99 but I was almost $7 and the seasoned rice was hard and crunchy. It was the first time my family left hungry and unsatisfied. The saving grace here is their salsa.

so we read the reviews and thought we would try out the place. big mistake – the food was so salty it was all but inedible. I got the momeat mocheese bowl and the wife got the burrito.. I ate maybe 25% and gave up as it wasnt getting better. She had about 1/3. tossed the rest. so much for believing the reviews

My first time trying moes. Food is gross. I went 2 times just to make sure I wasn’t tripping. Rice has been overcooked,and the meat just tastes fake lol idk how else to put it. It just has the weirdest texture in ya mouth and it doesn’t taste good at all. I tried the chicken and steak. The queso dip for the nachos are good tho

They barely put anything in my burrito. It looked like a ball of dough. The chicken was dry and the rice was hard. This location is terrible. I even asked why my food is the way it is and the kids just shrugged their shoulders. Do not go here.
