Arrived a little after midnight. Order taker explained a 25 minute wait but super nice and friendly. They were super busy & because she explained the wait and gave us the choice we were ok with that. Then we got to the window and the same cashier is still super friendly and we met the MOD who also apologized for the wait but was so nice and friendly. We get home and were surprised at how fresh the food was and everything was 100% correct!!!! These ladies were getting there butts kicked & short handed and still accomplished the best food & service EVER!!!

Ordered our usuals which for myself is the beefy bean rice burrito which is cheap and they are very filling however this one just had nothing but a glob of dried up beans and none of the rice or cheese it was the worst one I’ve ever had my fiancé ordered his chicken chipotle burrito which was awesome and a beef mex melt in which we didn’t even receive, but didn’t notice until we were already back on the interstate. The cashier was friendly at first but then starts getting irritable at our few requests which were napkins, sauce, and an ice water.

I was Picking up my mobile order and it wasn’t in the mobile order pick up area, even we asked about the order we received nasty looks and was handed out bag aggressively and with attitude. I’m so tired of the people working that obviously hate there jobs.

Went inside to pick up a DoorDash order. Order was not on Mobile pick up stand. Stood at counter for 3 minutes and no one even acknowledged that I was there. Finally, an employee walked by and I told him no one had acknowledged or spoke to me. No apology, just said, ‘ they are working on it’ then walked to the back of the kitchen and said nothing to the other employees to let them know I was there waiting on the order.
