BOSS Tenders, Dogs, and Custard was established in 2017 in El Paso, Texas by local restauranteurs Kirk Robison of Peter Piper Pizza and John Geske of Geske’s Fire Grill.
The idea was to create a fast-casual restaurant devoted to making high-quality chicken tenders, all-beef grilled hot dogs and delicious frozen custard from scratch. The food was really good, had a boss combo and an El jefe combo in our visit, no complains. The cherry come was out of syrup but the lady was getting me some drink from her side, all very polite and helpful. The price is reasonable, i loved it I’ll be back.

The Boss on Zaragoza is awesome. The one on Lee Travino not so much. Zaragoza everyone is so nice. Food is always fresh and hot.

As usual, the quality of food & service are awesome . . . Friendly faces, clean environment, good music . . . But today’s positive review is for Mr. Melchor, I was accidently charged for an extra meal which I didn’t catch, Mr. Melchor, being a great manager that he is, came over to our table, brought up the extra charge, & removed it . . . Great job, superb attention to detail, highly recommend dinning out at this Bosses Chicken on North Zaragoza in El Paso,Tx . . . Keep up the excellent work

Absolutely LOVE Boss chicken. I love that the tenders are lightly breaded and it’s pretty much all meat. The custard is outstanding. I had the butter pecan and it hit the spot.

If this is the type of food the manager himself prepares and serves I can’t imagine how this restaurant is operating. The quality of the food is what attracts customers and when I received this Poor excuse of food that was MADE BY THE MANAGER HIMSELF I immediately saw it as a red flag. This only shows that he doesn’t care about the customers or the image of the company. Whoever oversees him should really take his or her time and visit this store and see how it operates and talk to the employees maybe the problem is him.

Food came out so fast. It was nowhere near cooked properly and from what I did consume I was sick for days.

First timer here. I didn’t know what to expect, but…… I am highly satisfied. Tenders were juicy fresh and very flavorful. I ordered 2 original and 2 spicy tenders and they were both amazing. Boss Sauce is also very good. Their Mango tea is also a must try. The guy at the counter(Melchor) was very patient and he guided me through the menu. Thanks and will definitely come back again.
