I can’t believe this, I just went to the restaurant and ask for 3 Cajun chicken biscuit combos and 3 extra biscuits through the drive thru, they told me to move to the parking area to wait for my order, after they made me wait for about 10 minutes they came back with my food and I left the restaurant, 5 minutes later I got home and we were about to eat and noticed 1 biscuit was missing and the worse part is that 3 out of those 5 biscuit were raw, this has been a place were almost every Saturday or Sunday I go and get food for my family. They never got my order wrong before but this time I don’t know what happened.

Chicken was very dry and over cooked. Biscuits were not soft. Employees seemed more interested in hanging out with their friends that came into the business rather than customer service.

The staff at this location is always pleasant… I tend to forget to ask for names but I got one tonight… James is awesome… also the young lady who took my order was also a gem… these two people truly remind you of how amazing people can be… I hope the right eyes see this and definitely recognize those two kind souls!!

Great customer service and the presentation of the food was great. Just wish the presentation matched the taste. The only thing hot were my Bo-rounds. My chicken Supremes and seasoned fries were dry and and cold. Hubby has the biscuit and he had no complaints but overall as hungry as we were we could’ve went somewhere else.

What can I share that you haven’t read in other reviews? Other reviews will already tell you how great this Bojangles is (ditto!) AND they’ll tell you that the customer service at this establishment can’t be beat (it can’t! They’re awesome!)… but let me just add a tad of humanity to this… I have *just* found out this young lady’s name (Mary!) but one morning I came through the drive through in a particularly blue mood. Things had been down for me lately…but Mary??? Man! One shot of her spirit of joy sparked a smile and lifted my spirits right out of that gutter! A few days later, I was out running packages to the post office again, and I found myself choosing Bojangles for breakfast because I *knew* that Mary would brighten my day!

Dacula is our favorite Bojangles location. Cashiers and staff are so friendly and will greet you with friendly smiles. The food always come out fresh and hot! The 5pc supremes combo is a must every time we come here; it’s just something about the crispy chicken tenders dipped in their honey mustard!! And the fries are seasoned and so delicious! You must try their cinnamon biscuits also – so warm and melts in your mouth!

This is one of the best Bojangles to come to in the area. The food is always hot and fresh! The manager Jay is very personable and polite. The customer service is outstanding. We need people that want to come to work and show up with smiles. My fiancé and I order food from the Bojangles in Dacula almost every other day. We love you guys and keep up the good work.

We come here often. We ordered 2 southern style chicken biscuits with cheese, meals. The biscuits didn’t have cheese and the were very hard. The chicken was hard and dry and the bo tots tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for several hours. This is the first time the food wasn’t good but once is to many. Therefore, I rate them a 2 for that.
