They don’t want you to pull up to the drive thru window so upper mgmt thinks they are moving fast. They don’t. As a consequence, it takes longer to order and get your order, and creates a backup.

This is the size of the wing they gave me in the combo. The vanilla wafer is almost the size of it. I’d have gone back, but I did pickup. By the time I got it out of the box, I was already home which is way to far away. Never see me again.

This location was renovated not long ago. The ugly tile & the unmovable chairs on a single pole locked into the floor are gone. Looks better. The menu is updated and easier to read. The restroom was clean. As for the food quality: the usual. IMPORTANT NOTE: Never go thru the drive-thru at this location. Always slow. Walk in and check the line. If too long, find another place as the service is slow.

Used to go here as we were growing up. It was great! For the past 15 years or so, however, it sucks. Always wet and greasy, mushy chicken. I end up going a couple times a year because I have hopes that it will be like out used to be, and the taste when done right is much better than Popeyes. Every single time, whether dine in, take out, or delivery, it is the same. To the owners: please quality check your chicken. It should be better. I’ll keep trying every once in a while out of nostalgia, and hope that you guys return to what I remember. I think you would have more business if you improve.
