It’s been almost two decades since I’ve been in a Waffle House restaurant. We stopped by at the Eagle’s Landing Pkwy location today. We really had an excellent time. Food was great, wonderful service and clean restaurant. Our waitress was exceptionally great. This location even has a digital Juke Box with Playlists and all. We will definitely be back.

The 4am crew is hit or miss. It can be good, bad, or mediocre. It depends on who is there. Don’t think about placing a to go order. They wont answer. I was told it was because people call in and then wont pick up heir orders. It’s frustrating to try to call in with no answer and then when you get there the employees are chilling with no customers in the restaurant. Today I placed an order and added additional items to it which brought my bill up significantly, but that’s what I wanted. When I got to work and sat down to eat I found out that three of the four items that I ordered were not in my dish. That completely changed the taste of my food. $20 wasted because I trashed it. Tried to call and complain, but guess what. Nobody answered. I should have just passed on by today after they didn’t answer. If I had other options at this time of the day I can honestly say that I wouldn’t stop here any more. You never know what kind of service you’re going to get.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese Texas melt at 1am in the morning on 5/3 and it was great. They were even still hot once I got home 30mins later. Thank you to the server she was so sweet. Y’all did a good job and a clean restaurant!!

Not coming back… I went in to order my meal to go and was charged 2.99 for To Go order and 2.99 for a service fee. Had I know they were charging extra fees I wouldn’t have tipped.

I like coming to this location since the grill cooks are almost always in their game. It’s been carry out only due to short staff for a while (or at least it seems like every time I pop in) but they’ll still have you in and out quick. Service is good and the food is pretty tasty.
