Incredibly slow pick up process was made worse by getting home and realizing they made me the wrong sandwich. I ordered a grilled cheese and was given a grilled chicken. When I got back to the restaurant the worker said he makes that mistake “80% of the time.” No apology at all. A simple I’m really sorry about that would have prevented me feeling like I needed to leave a review. I drove 15 minutes back to the restaurant to get the correct sandwich. Total drive time to get my dinner was an hour. Wild.

I’ve been here two times and both times the place was completely empty of customers. So with that said I was expecting to not have to wait over 15 minutes to get one small sandwich made. I was ignored while a couple guys behind the counter chatted about work related topics. I just politely waited until they were done. When he decided to take my order, he was about as flat and dry with his personality as the sandwich I got. I’ve gotten better service from inexperienced teenagers, this guy had to be in his 50s. The sandwich was tiny and tasted like cardboard, and all for 8 dollars and a 4 dollar 20 ounce bottle of Coca-Cola. The food, service and speed at Jimmy Johns close by is much, much better. Not sure how Potbelly can compete, but judging by their completely empty dining area at 5pm on a Sunday, I can see that they really aren’t.

Unprofessional staff. I went there for a delivery pick up and they have no respect for the driver. First, there was one girl who saw me come in but pretended as if she didn’t see me. Then the older man, I believe he’s a manager, stared at me for a bit, and I stared back. Then he is coming, then continue doing what he was doing.

I ordered the skinny w/soup combo. They charged for a bowl of soup & a whole sandwich which I noticed the next day. The loaded potato soup was awful.

if I could put 0 stars I would. I put in an order at 5:20 pm today on a Tuesday, for pickup at 6:45pm. I happen to call the store to see if I can have my order any earlier (36 MINUTES LATER) and first thing the employee tries to tell me I never put in an order and then he changed to they close at 6pm AND THEN after I tell him he’s lying he says oh it’s just a today thing. finally he told me he’s the manager and can’t do anything about it but slips up at one point and says “his manager” won’t do anything about it because “that’s just how it is”. so that was a waste of $70 that I won’t see for 3-5 bussines days, plus I have to pay for more food tonight so I can actually eat. I will absolutely never be using this location again.

Rude and not welcoming. We just finished a 5k and never been there. We knew our sandwiches We wanted and didn’t know the fine print expectations of how to say it like they expected us to do so. I spoke up and stated it was our first time and didn’t know. They was rude to all of and was raising they voices.

I had a Mediterranean salad with balsamic vinaigrette with good ingredients like hummus and feta cheese but unlike the sandwiches that are made fresh the salads are pre packed. It would be better if they could have all the prepared ingredients behind the glass and you could choose your own. Lovely place great service, HUGE pickles

They definitely made out top 3 when my kids and I were having a sub sandwich contest! They are so good. The service was great, Genevieve was our cashier and she is so sweet, welcoming and efficient everytime we come into Potbelly. No complaints, we were VERY satisfied.
