I went to order a pizza today through the online app. I accidentally ordered for pickup because I had the settings set to my last order which was pick up when my husband was home. I realized my mistake when the pizza tracker showed it was for pickup. I don’t drive and so I called the store and the associate was very helpful did his best to try and make it for delivery and just have me pay the rest of the fee, after a few minutes of trying he was unable to adjust it in the computer. So he kindly cancelled my order and refunded my money. Immediately my money was refunded and my Papa Johns $10 pizza awards credit I had used was also refunded. I was able to place a second order right away and have it delivered to my house. The delivery man Charles M. was so nice and friendly. He told me they made me a fresh pizza for me right after I placed the second order to ensure I had a perfect experience and fresh pizza. I have been under a lot of stress recently and this man’s kindness and the kindness of the store staff really meant a lot to me and so I wanted to leave this nice positive review. I usually order from here about once a week or so. The picture I am including, the pizza is half gone and I was so hungry when it got here I ate it right away, so this is after it has been sitting in the fridge for a bit. It was delicious!

This was a pickup order. The chicken was fine. However, the 2 pizzas that we got both had very little topping. In fact, both had nothing (not even sauce) on about 1/4 of the pizza. Got them home and opened boxes to discover this. Called and they were willing to replace them. Went back and received 2 fresh pizzas looking and tasting like they should. Thanks for good customer service!

I didn’t get my drink. And forgot that I had ordered it until after the driver left. And the driver has nothing to do with this unless he left it in his car. The driver is with doordash. So this isn’t his fault. Papa johns service sucks. I have been on hold for over an hour after I had called more than once. I am upset that the service is still as poor as it was when they never even brought my dad’s blue cheese back even after he called and talked to an employee. I tried to give them a second chance. And this being my first time ordering food, I am sadly very disappointed. I hope they get their service to be better. I would still like my drink.

No pepperoni on the epic garlic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza!! Also had chicken bites and oreo bites. This was a replacement for the same order from a week prior. That order I didn’t receive a stuffed crust pizza(they said they were out off stuffed crust but didn’t tell me until I called back and complained) the chicken bites were under cooked and the oreo bites were dried out with little icing.

We have Been disappointed for the last three times we’ve ordered, but this one takes the cake! The bottom is burnt, hardly any cheese and it’s so dry! You’ve definitely lost our business. I was also told the new owners cut down on toppings. Called and complained, they said it would be replaced. Waited for an hour and a half and they never put the order in. They refunded our money FINALLY!

Ordered $100 worth of food for delivery. Order was 40 minutes late, and only had 1 out of the 4 boxes. After calling the store and speaking with an assistant GM named Draven, I was told that they had the items at the store still and could try sending them out again. Was not offered any kind of discount or store credit for the trouble. I decided it would be better to just cancel and refund my order at this point and was told it would take 4-5 business days to get the refund. Hopefully that will be the end of my hassle with this.

My boyfriend got us pizza and I was so excited until I looked at it and tried to eat it. He ordered me the works and it’s like they piled it on one side and sprinkled it on the other. Then the pizza fell apart before I could even take a bite out of the first slice. I go to call them and I’ve been waiting for them to answer the phone over 10 minutes. I’m highly disappointed with my experience with Papa John’s to the point where I don’t even want to eat here anymore. I even got the pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust for the first time and now I just want my money back. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My order took 2 hours to show up and it was cold and missing a pizza. Tried for over 30 minutes to get the store on the phone and they kept ending my call while on hold. When I would call the store number it takes me to a general ordering team and not the store and they refused to help also. This store is horrible and the service has been getting worse and worse. I’m done with this place.

Horrible, I’ll never eat Papa John’s again. Crust was hard as a rock and I ordered the pepperoni under the cheese and they couldn’t even do that. Crust was so bad I had to just scrape the top off and eat that. This is the second bad experience in a row I’ve had.
