OMG! This has to be the worst experience ever in a fast food place. I used the restroom first to wash my hands. It was filthy. Pictures doesn’t do it justice. The service horrible. I got a bacon egg and cheese croissant. Cooked beyond death. When sandwich was done she just called out to whoever. Then waited to see who responded. There were several other people there. I received no bag. I had 2 donuts put in a tiny bag and so with Sammy in hand grabbed some napkins And , my tiny bag and left. No one said thank you or anything at all. Just terrible customer service. If I had not been so hungry I would not have eaten anything. It was so dry. Crumbling and got all over my coat and car seat. I have posted pictures. I told clerk about bathroom, but was totally ignored. She said nothing at all too me.

Just got a coffee. Got home and took a drink. My whole cup is full of curdled cream. How gross. I’m trying to call but of course their phone is off the hook. Wonder how many more people will get a curdled coffee today.

Every Sunday they are not open at 7am when they are supposed to be open at 5 am. When they are open because it’s the only coffee my boyfriend will drink I order the same thing everyday and every time they don’t make the coffee right. Very disappointing.

Use to be the best Tim Hortons around. Now I’m just wasting my time and money. Coffee is never right. Won’t be back to this one.

Standard Tims. Got in, got a coffee and got out quick and easy. The Burton Police were fueling up themselves, which I generally take as a good sign. Clean.

Just left here and my coffee was cold. Not warm, but cold and since I am not anywhere I can heat it up it’s going in that trash. The girl that took my order was super friendly but the one that gave me part of my order when I said thank you, didn’t say a word. Maybe I’m being picky about that part but you work in customer service…. I could understand if I wasn’t friendly but I was.

I went to the Tim Hortons on Bristol Rd during my lunch to get a cup of coffee. I ordered a small Original Blend with 2 creamers and 3 Equals on the side. The employee rung up my order correctly, for it showed up on the screen correctly. I get to the window, paid for my coffee and proceed to drive off. However, I realized that I didn’t get the cream and sugar. I backed up and told the employee that I didn’t get my 2 creamers and 3 equals. She closes the window to get the things, but I decided to open the lid of my coffee and I saw that they already put the cream and equal in the coffee. That’s not what I asked for. After the employee comes back to the window, I told her that I needed a new coffee because I asked for the cream and Equal to be put on the side. She closes the window, calls another employee to her and they began to look at what was rung up. The employee comes back to the window with the coffee. I proceed to give her the wrong coffee and she said she couldn’t take it back. I then ask her for the cream and Equal again. She was visibly upset because she responded with a sarcastic response. She then tries to hand me the creamer and Equal and straw. I asked her to put it in a bag which has been normal practice since I’ve been going to Tim Hortons during the Pandemic. She puts the things in a large bag instead of a smaller bag. Not one time did she apologize for their mistake. Why get upset with the customer for a mistake on the company’s part. I’ve been to several Tim Hortons and never have I once been treated like I was today. She may have thought to herself, what’s the big deal, the cream and Equal has been put it for you. The big deal is that’s not how I ordered my coffee. Sure mistakes happen, but own up to them.

Went to this location due to spending time with family on the weekend thought I was going to get good coffee and good food like the location I work at in Pontiac but when I received the food and drinks they forgot espresso and one of my drinks they didn’t put whipped topping on the hot chocolate as requested our food was cold eggs were crusty like they’ve been sitting outside of a warmer for half an hour and tasted gritty will never come back to this location it is a disgrace they can even call themselves a Tim Hortons
