Salt and pepper shrimp are good but really spicy and crab Rangoon is decent. So far this place has been the best for Chinese fast food in W. Roxbury. It seems there aren’t good places around here for Chinese food.

I placed my order online for pickup. The food I got was decent, but they didn’t pack my egg rolls. Of course I didn’t notice them missing until after I got home, parked the car, unload the food and work stuff from the car into the house, used the bathroom, emptied the dishwasher, got changed out of my work clothes and in to pajamas and slippers, then opened the stapled shut bag to find I was jipped two egg rolls. At that point in time I was starving and decided getting changed again and spending 20 minutes driving back and forth to the restaurant, while my other food got cold, was not worth the trouble. I did get two containers of duck sauce, but had nothing to use them on. I only went to West Garden because 888 is closed on Mondays. Hopefully I don’t ever get a craving for Chinese food on a Monday again.

This Asian restaurant in my opinion has the top shelf House special fried rice, accompanied with lobster sauce, and a side of chicken wings (Chinese style). Which is also one of my favorite dishes to order from this establishment. Not to mention the boneless spare ribs there are also great with meal. I heard they deliver which is good, but I wonder there range covers my local (not sure what the distance/range of delivery is). Which would sure make change the rating from 4 to 5 stars. Worth the trip though.
