We love papa johns because it’s one of the places that don’t overload with spices. I wasnt happy with the last pizza because the cheese was so far back that it was more crust than cheese and our toppings. Normally the pizza is super good but this last one didn’t make the mark for us.

Well first off I am going to say that the pizza is not exactly what we ordered. It seems that the people working didn’t really try they grabbed hand fulls of olives or whatever and threw it on the pizza. Then when my husband called to complain the manager (Jordan) was beyond rude. I called to get the corporate number and asked for the managers name. Then she was ride to me and kept talking over me. I will NOT be going back for a long time. This Papa John’s doesn’t know what customer service is. Beyond disappointing!

I am sitting here with my family eating this delicious pizza. We don’t usually order from papa John’s but wanted something different so after I ordered I looked at the reviews and was a little worried but now I’m thinking they must off weeded out the bad . Well very upset- we ordered pizza at 0930pm online with confirmation. With cost- then at the last minute they canceled our order, the girl lied and said she never got the order, but we got a cancelation notice. We are nurses and aides- we were really looking forward to pizza, Dominoes got our order tonight. Won’t order from here again, and we will make sure everyone at our facility knows about this.
